Galaxy pad

She really likes her new galaxy pad. She finds it easily to operate. Only issue is she has trouble with is the volume buttons. It doesn't lower the volume easily. This frustrates her. I haven't made the time to take it back to have the issue corrected. Otherwise, she is very happy with it.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can quickly set the volume level for notifications, media, and system sounds. Here's how: From Settings, tap Sound > Volume, and drag the sliders for each sound type. You can also use Volume buttons to adjust the volume. When pressed, a pop-up menu shows the volume level and current sound type. You can tap the menu to expand it and then adjust the volume of the other sound types by dragging their sliders. It has decent processing power and strong parental control features. It is less intuitive than a iPadOS but not terribly difficult to figure out. Works well for playing games and watching movies/shows. Have a stylus included is great but my son doesn’t use it that much right now. The protective case is bulky but it’s meant for kids so it’s perfect. The built in kick stand is awesome. I would get a screen protector and feel a kids bundle should include one but for the price I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this option if you’re in the market for a tablet for your kids.

He loves it. They love it! Not just for kids. Super durable and just a great product.
