Soft, thick, good cushion for drops (and even throws) just be sure to buy a screen protector! Would purchase again if needed, great price and durable. Stands up well when folded out.

Looks like it will give good fall protection. I wish however it had a handle or something to slip hand into on the back for using in hands.
