My tab S2 needed repair and took longer than expected. Had given thoughts on getting another tablet with larger screen for everyday use because my S2 is mainly for studying. So I went and got this tab E. I've had it for a few weeks now. The tab E is not as fancy but enables me to surf, check email, and continue working in some apps. If my my S2 is charging, (or at the factory being repaired), some apps sync so I can access my work or notes from either. A bit heavier, but not bad. I'm not disappointed for what it is, and at this price point. I tend to be satisfied with Samsung so far even though I might have received a lemon with my Tab S2. This still seems to fit in most of my purses with a slimfit case on. A great basic tablet. Speaker is on the back. That may present a issue for some, but I don't care much. Not horrible. I have to watch videos for my studies and I occasionally watch YouTube. I tend to hear what is said just fine. If you're in the market for a nice basic tablet with a large screen, and decent space, this is worth looking at. I'm not sure about the camera since I haven't used it. But after going into settings and doing some adjusting, it's nice for reading without my glasses. Battery life is decent. I tend play on it a few hours a day. Not heavy into games or a lot of video. So I'm may charge it every couple of days or so. It doesn't take all that long to charge. It also seemed to have updated to a current operating system. It connects to my wireless printer. I'm sure you will have plenty of fun with your new tab E. It may not be the top-of-the-line Powerhouse tablet out on the market right now. It's a great tablet overall. Is it always necessary to spend more money for something more we won't use? Or miss? Hmm...;)

Bought this for my mom for an early Christmas present as her iPad was needing to be replaced. She has a samsung phone and took quickly to the tablet as the operating systems are nearly identical. It's simple design with observed 10+ hour battery life have made it a great and useful addition to my mom's routines. She pointed out that the texture on the back does make it less slippery to hold when it does not have a case on it.

I bought two of these for an expo we were attending in Denver. The battery life is phenomenal, performance is excellent, and the size is perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Is a great tablet it is a perfect size for all my needs it is fast it does multi-screen and has plenty of storage space with SD card slot. It holds charge for a long time and I just love Samsung products in general

This Samsung Galaxy tablet is an excellent buy. It performs with ease and speed, the screen is good sized with very clear viewing. Holds a charge better than my previous tablet. I love it!

I am really enjoying this tablet, I have an IPhone 6S and the screen is too small for comfortably surfing the web (& I don't want a bigger phone). I decided to get a tablet, iPad's are too expensive for the amount of time that I would be using it, so I found this very reasonably priced Samsung tablet with plenty of features. I only have Samsung TV's, so one great feature is that I can mirror it to my TV with ease. It's fast enough for what I need it to do and easy to learn even though I'm used to Apple phones. The screen resolution is great for using Facebook, Apps & streaming shows & movies. The only thing I could say isn't great about this tablet is the little speaker, but easily fixed with an external Bluetooth speaker if you desire better sound. This was the best tablet I could find for around $200 and I only buy after reading many reviews.

It's a nice size. Easy to set up and use and a very affordable price. You will want to get some sort of case for it though as the material it's made from makes it hard to hold on to. Overall it's been a good experience so far.

Tablet is really easy to use has so many features I keep finding every day. It's also very quick which is very important for me the screen cleans very easy and it seems to hold a charge very well.

I bought this for my Daughter to replace her 10" tablet that went missing 2 years ago. She was sharing mine from time to time. When my daughter seen that it was a Galaxy Tablet she was very ecstatic about it. My daughter enjoy the programs that came with it. The Galaxy Tablet E 9.6 Tablet was just the right size, light weight in comparison to other brands. The color of the screens are brilliant. Speed of response time is fantastic. I purchase a 64 GB Scan disk to go with it. My Daughter uses her Samsung Galaxy Tab E - 9.6" more often than she does her laptop. She goes on line to different websites, she plays her music on it. It has a Great Sound. The music does not fade out like other brands. She play games on it. My Daughter stated she prefers her Samsung Galaxy Tablet E - 9.6 Tablet over her Laptop any day of the week. I might have to buy one for me sometime down the road. This is one great versatile tablet. I would recommend this Samsung Galaxy Tablet E - 9.6" for yourself or a gift for a family member.,

I wanted a larger tablet to be able to read more comfortably. With the Tab E I got more than I was looking for. Clear display, smooth handling and with a 32 gb micro card I can carry books (ebook & audio books) and movies. I find the tablet very responsive. I do not play too many games, except for Words with Friends (I like the big letter tiles!) but for the apps I do use (utils, readers-periodicals, blogs, etc) it up dates with the web very fast. For the size it is not too heavy. I recommend this tablet.

I spent alot of time researching and looking for a great Tablet at a great price. This was it. I needed to replace my old Tab 3.7. Screen size is great, clear picture,and a lot more features, that are actually useful. Plays games very smoothly. Sometimes you pay for a lot of stuff you don't actually use, this one is a perfect balance of quality and price, for the memory, screen, and perk size. Bought one for my teenage son, ended up buying one for myself and my daughter.....very user friendly.

This tablet is a great deal. Nice size screen, 16 GB of memory, expandable memory card slot, and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new tablet.

Being a non tablet user, I asked associates which they would use. They recommended this tablet. After they showed me the basic function to use the tablet, I purchased it and took it home. I was leary as I still use the old fashioned phone, open to talk and close to end call. After a week of playing and asking someone who uses a Applet IPad for advice on doing certain things, I finally feel comfortable using it. It last me about a week on the battery and I added a 32mb micro sd card for storage. I am very pleased and happy with this product.

My youngest has been wearing out my wifes IPAD, so we bought him this tablet for christmas. Great picture, good speed. Love the fact that it has room for a memory card.

I bought a 9' Samsung tablet. Very good. Camera is so clear! Who needs a camera. Runs very smoothly! Its like having a computer on your lap. Easy to use.. I love it!

I have had this tablet for over a month now and am extremely satisfied. The picture quality is excellent. It's very easy to operate. The system runs smoothly and fast. Video quality is great. My only recommendation would be to purchase the Samsung case that is designed for this size. Normally you can pick up a cheaper case, but since this tablet is an odd size, I have been unable to find one that works. All are too big and your tablet will fall out. This was a high quality tablet at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone. It even came with MS Word.

Bought this as xmas gift for little brother. Great performance, battery life and design. Also great price for a large samsung tablet.

This tablet was bought as a gift for my wife, and this has made her quite happy. It is a good size, runs for a long time without needing to recharge, even watching a lot of videos. The resolution is wonderful, crisp and sharp. It's light enough to be handled easily, rugged enough to withstand everyday bumps and fumbles. The wi-fi connectivity is really good, even through many walls and floors. This is a great product that I haven't even found out all the functions it has, but for our family, fits the bill perfectly.

I was looking for a tablet to use when traveling, I didn't want to always have to take my computer everywhere. It was important for me to be able to use it for checking my emails, social media, watching movies and playing games. I was seriously looking at the Amazon Fire Kindle but found out that you really couldn't use it to open, edit and create word documents. I felt that if I was going to use my tablet for traveling then I wanted to have the ability to work on word documents if needed. A Sales person suggested that I look at the Samsung Tab E because of that option. I've had this product for about a month and I'm pretty satisfied. However, there are a couple of things that I find frustrating when I'm using it. First, the sensitivity of the touch screen does not have a setting. I find that I have to press really hard on the screen for an app to open. If I don't press just right, nothing happens. The other frustration for me is the timing for signing into the tablet. I use a pin and the screen goes away in 2 secs. If I'm not right on top of it, the screen disappears. Again, there is no setting. I have a Samsung Android Smartphone and it's the same on that product as well. I don't understand why there are no settings for both of these issues. The last piece of frustration for me is the Samsung Tech support. I had to call a couple times for some technical help and of course, my biggest pet peeve occurred, I could barely understand the representative. Then, I was transferred 5 times and had to explain my situation to every single person. When I finally got to the right person, the situation was resolved and they were helpful. However, even though my situation was resolved, overall, the experience was aggravating. The product in and of itself is good and does serve my needs so that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. There are definitely some things that Samsung needs to work on.
