I'm a die hard Samsung customer. The Tab E meets and exceeds all my expectations. It's a lot like my Tab A just bigger and more rectangular. The visual quality of videos and streaming is fabulous. The speed is great. I'm able to have a ton of apps open at once and don't not notice a slow down. I love how easily I can switch from one app to another. This is an excellent tablet for its price point.

I never had a tablet before and I can say I'm not disappointed with this one. All the other tablets were almost $300 and above, but I got this one at a very good price. The resolution not as high as I hoped but I can be able to read and watch videos just fine. If you want a good budget tablet with large size and medium resolution, get this tablet.

This is my second purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Tab E. I find the tablet's features: screen size, responsiveness, Internet access, games (via Google Play Store) etc., to be exceptional. Everything you need/want in a very portable tablet with excellent graphics, processing power and battery life. If you are looking for moderately priced tablet, look no further than Samsung's Galaxy Tab E.

Last year I started my father off with a cheaper tablet because I was not sure if he would use it. Now that he is functioning well on his own, I have upgraded him to the Samsung Galaxy E Tab. He is very happy with the new tablet, works well as should be expected from a product packaged and sold by Samsung. This tablet is smooth and fast with seamless transitioning between apps. Awesome

This is my third tablet in just over a year. First two were Lenova.. Had issues with both.. Mainly turning on and battery life(very short). I had bought my wife a samsung when her Lenova died! So I decided to give this brand a try... Well I made a great choice. I even upgraded and got this one with the bigger display. Still getting used to the operating system and navigating through. Battery life is amazing. The huge display is very nice and makes things easy to see and read! I added an extra 16 gb chip because the system uses up a lot of the built in storage. Only complaint is trying to find a cover for it because it was so new. Took a little online searching to find one. Overall this is a great tablet and you wont be disappointed purchasing it.

This is a great midrange tablet that has some great features. The display is not super high def but is great for watching tv or Netflx. Very rugged I have dropped it several times no damage at all. Well maintained, recently updated to Android 7.1.1 with recent security enhancements. The version has some nice customizations for usability. The only pain point is that with a lot of apps moving them to sd storage works great but they move back to regular storage when updated. For those considering Apple iPad I have two iPad Pros. I still prefer the Tab E because iOS 11 is confusing and complicated and the iPad is not expandable. Android 7.1.1 is slick. The screen form factor is also way better for media consumption than the more rectangular tablets. Very tough to beat this one!

I love this tablet. It's my first one and was happy to be able to use Microsoft word and save files directly to my google drive. That saves a lot of space and leaves room for other things. Bought this tablet with a keyboard to do schoolwork and so far it works great. There's a dual screen feature so I can browse the web while writing papers on word.

I did not want a tablet that required a cellular carrier. But, I did want a larger tablet with speed and great features. This fits the bill. I did not need it for the camera, so lack of flash/LED was not important to me. This is the quality product I expect from Samsung. I am loving it.

I went into Best Buy with intentions on buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab A for my dad for Christmas. I wanted to get something similar to the Galaxy Tab 4 (which my mom has and loves) as I know how well that device works. Tab 4's were priced around $150, so I figured for a little more, I could get a little better device in the Galaxy Tab A, which were priced around $200. When I went into the store, I asked to see the Tab A and a representative notified me that they also had a newer Galaxy Tab in stock and on sale, the Galaxy Tab E. They had one on display so I messed with it for a bit and it seemed similar to the Tab 4 and Tab A but with a newer OS and better price. I liked it so I went for it. It had been on sale for $179 when I originally purchased it, and a couple weeks later, I received a Deal of the Day email where it was on sale for $149. I ended up buying another for myself since I liked it and was in the market for a tablet as well. The battery life isn't the greatest, but as long as you stop apps from running in the background, it helps out a lot. If you don't, you can leave the tablet on without using it for a few days, and the battery will still run down. Also, if the volume could go up a bit higher, it'd make the movie watching experience much better. If it's relatively quiet though, I don't have an issue. One last thing, if there were different screen sizes, I would've definitely gotten an 8" screen (as opposed to the 9.6" that it comes in). For me, it feels a little too big to take around everywhere, but everyone is different, and lots of people prefer the bigger screen. Overall though, I was extremely satisfied. Great tablet for the money.

This tablet replaces an old windows XP desktop for my 86 yr old mother. Initial set up was easy for me and took only about 10 minutes before Mom was off and running doing the things she likes most: endless games of Free cell and checking email. I added a Bluetooth keyboard with built in trackpad, and a small stand by Anker. The tablet is easier to maintain than a desktop, and less intimidating. Just a few weeks later, Mom is doing far more with this tablet than she ever did with the computer--and mostly from the comfy chair, rather than being stuck at a desk. One bonus I didn't anticipate is that she naturally holds the tablet in the focal sweet spot for her glasses-so there's less eyestrain involved. She has no problem reading the screen, and finds it light enough to use comfortably. A more comfortable handgrip would make a great accessory, but no one is making them.

I purchased this basically for my son. He had a smaller tablet that won't charge very well anymore. So far, this is great. For the price, it is a bargain. I paid the same last year for a smaller screen different brand and it won't charge anymore. My only complaint is that it's difficult to find a case for it.

This tablet is one of the higher grade Samsung tablets. The screen size is perfect, I ordered 2 of these for my kids. It's a good size for them. The table is powerful and you will feel like you are using a $500 tablet. For the price this is a good buy.

I bought two of these tablets (When you have twins, everything is bought in pairs) and thank you Lord, I wasn't disappointed. The display is stunning, not to mention the speed and functionality. Compared to the Asus tablets they had before, this Samsung tablet is great

This is a perfect size screen for me. Its fast and very easy for anyone to use and personalize. The micro ad card slot gives you option for more memory for photos, games and documents.
