i like this item. im still exploring it, but having fun doing so. i am actually playing games on it which i have never done before. ive not mastered the camera but i will. the built in flash is a great feature that ipad air doesnt have,

The touch screen is just annoying. Sometimes I tap 5 or 10 times sometimes just having a finger get close takes me away someplace. Maybe I am too old or too stupid to own such a thing, and it is my first tablet. The buttons at the bottom are located exactly where I try to hold the thing, so I inadvertently do stuff I don't want to do. Also why is it that those little buttons light up AFTER you press them and not before. I don't need to see the button ofter, it would be nice to see it easily before though. Also the screen orientation flips around all the time, and is hard to get back where it belongs. Is it just me? Did I get a bad one? I think I may take it back.

I just bought this tablet at Best Buy a month ago and now when I plug it in to charge, it won't charge up. The screen flashes when I plug it in to reboot and it goes out again. I regret buying it and wish I could switch to the iPad but of course I'm past the 15 day return policy! I'm taking it back to best buy as soon as I have the time to see if they can fix it since I did get the buyer protection plan! So if you do buy this tablet, better buy the protection plan with it! Yikes!

This is the best tablet ever! I love the sized use of it and everything.

Died on day 10O, 10 days after warranty. Was only used in one office, on one desk, never dropped, just stopped charging. Cost almost $600; repair will be $200 And no guarantee of getting fixed. Great money maker for Samsung: low quality, high price, and high priced repair .

This is supposedly built with Google in mind. It is the LEAST Google friendly machine I have ever had this misfortune of using. Don't try to compose an Email using Gmail, it is an exercise in futility and frustration. Google Games are hard to play because the side bar kicks out with simple motion. I bought this back in March 2014 and the only reason I am back is to check the warranty because Samsung is still have problems with power supply connectivity. Par for the course for Samsung. Look, save yourself some time and money and go buy something that is built with some Quality behind it, this ain't it.
