is a great little tablet it's paper thin and super fast. the Samsung user interface is a little much if you're coming from a stock Android experience but you get used to it pretty quickly. I would highly recommend buying a case with this tablet as it's very light and easy to drop. great buy for a 12 inch screen!

This is my 3rd Samsung tablet. Each one keeps getting better and better. My first 2 are still like new and will be passed along to family. The screen is beautiful - color is great and crisp. It performs like a dream. The size is about as big as I want to go. 12.1 is very generous. Any more would be too large.

Purchased this just after Christmas. During Christmas I had been shopping at a Best Buy store and abruptly stopped at the table where all the Samsung Tablets & Notebooks were displayed. I immediately was drawn to the Samsung Galaxy Pro Tab 12.2. I had an Apple MacBook Pro laptop and wanted to love it, but I guess I'm just not an Apple fan. I decided to sell the Apple laptop and purchased the Samsung Tablet (also the keyboard!). The screen of the Tablet is just about the same size as the MacBook Pro screen. I was hoping that this Tablet would serve the purpose of the laptop I sold. I have not been disappointed. It absolutely serves the purpose - Email, Internet, Pictures, Games - Edit, Print Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. It's SO portable for taking places and when vacationing. Just love it!

I upgraded from a 1st generation Ipad to this wonderful tablet. Apple's effort to get me to buy their latest and greatest thru limited IOS updates for old Ipad got me into a much more open os platform, android. I have samsung phones, note 4, and this tablet is fantastic. I ventured into the windows platform via the Lenovo yoga tablet 2 and the tablet lagged a lot and the windows OS lacked in very way what android had. This samsung tablet is a beautiful tablet. It will be used for school, travel and play. I am soon excited to have this new device. My only con is that the battery does not power up fast although the battery life is really good.

I needed one for work because a tablet is easier and lighter then a laptop. I love the size of the screen , easier to read, very light, and the picture quality is good. Fits right in my purse. Add the blue tooth keyboard and your good to go

I got this as a gift to myself to replace an aging Asus tablet. This is awesome in every way. My biggest gripe with the old tablet was how slow it was. This one zips right along. Web pages load like they do on a PC. The screen is crystal clear and greatly detailed. Colors appear accurate. I love it.

This is awesome compared to my old technology: ASUS Transformer TF201. Back when the 2nd Transformer came out, it was THE tablet to have. But that was 4 years ago and it is NOTHING compared to this sleek, beautiful, smooth-scrolling gem of a tablet. The colors are bright and the screen is just great to look at for work or play. Videos are awesome to watch (in HD of course!), and the expansion slot is an absolute must for people that either hate the cloud or want to have other options than just keeping files in the cloud. I also like the 12+ inches in size. This is perfect for drawing and reading books. I could rave forever, but I will not.

I've used Apple products for many years, and was a bit wary switching to an android device. I made the switch as I am disappointed with Apple's refusal to allow expandable memory. Even If I don't need it, I want the option. I didn't think the stylus storage was worth an extra $100, so I went with this version. Same tablet, and as long as I can keep track of the stylus, I'm golden. Most apps that you would use on an iPad are available for a Samsung tablet, so there's no worries about useability. It also holds its charge VERY WELL! I'm extremely impressed, but I don't use it constantly either. I'm not sure this is the tablet you would want for kids either as the larger screen format just means more surface area to break. I bought a case protector with it as well.

This is a great tablet! The screen clarity is amazing -- went from an Ipad to this and it is light-years better. More responvsive, easier to use and the visuals are truly fantastic.

I've tried the Tab 4, Surface 2, Asus T100, and LG but none of them could compare battery-wise to my iPad3. But the Tab Pro 12.2 is very comparable (average 5 days between charges with medium usage). The graphics, screen, and Kit Kat operating screen are wonderful and a seamless change going from my Droid Turbo to the Tab Pro. And the access to the Google Play store is just as good if not better than Apple's. Yes, it's a big price tag compared to a full size iPad Air, but well worth it for the jumbo screen, which paired with the Samsung Bluetooth keyboard makes a adequate laptop replacement.

This tablet has been everything I'very needed it to be, from a theatre to a word processor. It handles everything beautifully. Add in a keyboard and a cable to make it usb friendly and you're good to go. Battery life is excellent and the screen is amazing!

This is a great tablet, IF you don't mind the size. I wanted a big tab so I could read music PDFs on screen. I tried it in the store, but the demo unit was on a retractable tether so I didn't realize just how heavy it was. Every time I picked it up at home, I thought, "man, this thing is huge." I'm giving it a high rating because it really is a nice tablet. With 3GB RAM, everything runs super-smoothly, and it has an enormous battery. I loved everything about it but the bulk. Since I also wanted portability, I chose to give up full-size PDF reading and exchanged this for the Tab Pro 10.1.

I absolutely love the display resolution of the Samsung Note 12.2; it is so crisp and vivid! I wanted a top-shelf Android tablet as it is much more versatile than an iPAD. I first bought a Samsung Tab 12.2 without a stylus, which was a mistake. It definitely is worth the extra money for the Samsung Note 12.2 as it comes with a Stylus. Due to the large display and ultra-fast processor, the battery life is not as long as I had hoped. Takes long time to charge while in use. So I make a point to turn it off and recharge it at night. Overall, the greatest tablet I have ever used. The only downside is the battery life and recharging it. All in all, a thousand times better than any Apple device.

I've had ipads, kindle fire, and others. This tab by far is mr favorite. Has an excelent display, and is really fast. Can run 4 apps on the screen at the same time. Also works greatwith chromecast!

This tablet has amazing color and sharpness, automatically linked to my Samsung phone, and was easy to set up and link to my home WiFi. Downloads are easy, and once I downloaded the Kindle app, all my books were viewable on the tablet.

I really enjoy this tablet. It was really to setup since i am and Android user already. I like the image quality and its weight. It is fast and not lagging in anything i tried it for so far including video chats.

If were not for the fact that this tablet doesn't offer amazon instant video, it would totally replace my laptop and other tablet. I love that I can work on the go with the Hword. I also use it to take notes when studying. I can take a picture of a document and add that to my notes or even take notes on the document itself. Awesome and convenient.
