    This product is terrible. There are 3 little instructions on the booklet and none include ensuring to remove evey little thing during installation. So not only was i worried about the tracking (a whole separate issue), i now have bubbles throughout my screen protector. I only choose this because there are no other options for the Samsung Tab S10 FE+ for cases or screen protectors (normally i can find what I need on Amazon at minimum). Coming from Apple to Samsung, this has been by far my first disappointment!

    Came in destroyed PKG like someone tried to steal it Not pleased at all BB ordered a replacement , but I had to go to store to return this one and then pick up new one ( 40 mins each way ) not happy , I shouldn't be getting the first one refunded ...

    Wonderful Service at Sterling, Best Buy

    This review is more about the service than the product. The shield is excellent and was reasonable, price wise. I would recommend. However, I was extremely pleased with the installation. Originally I was told that Best Buy didn't install screens on tablets. When I pointed out that the website said otherwise, I was still met with some resistance. Finally, a nice young man named Daniel took pity on me and said he would try, and he did an amazing job. He said he had never installed a screen on a tablet before, but I told him I'm sure he could do a better job than I. At 68, I am not the most tech-savvy. Daniel took his time and did a wonderful job. There are so many negative reviews of Best Buy in Sterling, VA, and I myself have had some less-than-stellar experiences in the past, but this very positive experience has made me a Best Buy customer again. Daniel understands the service aspect of "customer service" and couldn't have been more patient, kind, and efficient. I hope this store looks to him as a model for all their employees, and his manager appreciates how fortunate he is to have Daniel in his store. My only complaint is that I wish this store would carry more Samsung products. I had to order everything online. Not everyone is enamored with Apple.
