    Returned immediately, asked for a unlocked mobile version, explained my use for it with my company. Was sold a Wi-Fi only version, was told they didn't make a network capable version in the USA, only available overseas. So for some reason this ultra portable is locked to wifi. Is this 2025? Was going to buy 20+ units for my service employees in the field they recommend I buy Wi-Fi hot spots for all units as well. Haha, This product was a ultra let down. Network capable units may be sold here later but most likely attached to specific carriers and locked to them. Overseas units are heavily marked up and no guarantee you will be sent the right unit. All risk. Would have loved to own this device. To bad.

    Bought for a great open-box price $400 lower than msrp, very happy with the display. I can have an e-textbook and a note-taking app open at the same time comfortably. My only gripe is that the s11 ultra doesnt have a wifi+cellular option but that's a Samsung issue not a Bestbuy one. It's a little cumbersome to transport, especially if you add a beefy case, so if portability is a big concern I'd go with one of Samsung's smaller offerings; I only carry it in a small backpack.
