Its wicked fast, the screen is amazing, and it's light weight. It's awesome.

I was looking for a slightly larger replacement for a Nexus 7 (2013) tablet that has had battery issues since it went in for factory repair (they actually just sent me a different refurb. unit with a bad battery). Was in store looking at iPad 9.7" but didn't like the weight (heaviness) or the price. Found the Galaxy Tab S and immediately liked what I saw. The size was small but large enough to meet my needs, extremely light-weight and thin, without feeling cheap or flimsy. There is a micro SD slot which I placed a 64Gb card into which tripled the storage (card only allows storage but no apps can be installed to the card). Battery life is good (6-8 hours with fairly heavy use), and it recharges fast with the included 'Quick Charge' charger. My wife likes this tablet better than her iPad mini and often steals it from me :)

Had to replace my old galaxy note 10.1 that turned into a papeweight. Bought an asus zenpad tablet because I needed a replacement quickly and cheap. After doing some research decided to get the new Samsung Galaxy S2. I love the 8 inch size. This tablet is fast. Great buy. Happy with my purchase.

The Best tablet ever. It does everything I want plus more. The graphics are terrific. The slimness/weight is unbelievable. The battery life is awesome. Storage capabilities are tremendous (I added a 32 gig card to be on the safe side but do not need it at all.) It truly is worth every dime you spend on it. Its a mini computer, phone, e-reader all wrapped into one.

I am an old IT Professional who owns several laptops, another tablet, and a Samsung Galaxy Note3 cell phone. The size of this tablet is perfect and the screen resolution is superb! My primary applications while mobile is News, Weather, Email, Videos and Travel Related sites. If I am not in a location where I can get free Wi-Fi to the internet, then I fire up my Verizon MiFi. Multi-windows work great, 32 GB of internal memory is adequate, and I have a 64GB MicroSD Card for external disk storage. I have yet to find anything I would tag as a CON to owning this tablet. If something comes to mind later, then I will amend this review. It works perfectly for me for the reasons I purchased it for.

Wanted a small but powerful tablet which is easy to carry around. I first bought the ipad mini but it was limited in customization and storage. So I exchanged it for the samsung galaxy tab s2 8.0 which I absolutely love. Comes with more internal storage than the ipad plus it has an external card slot (I bought a 200gb card) so I will never be lacking on storage. And the screen is gorgeous and the processor is crazy fast. And it has more customization than the ipad. Seems more durable as well and the corning gorilla glass is strong. And multi tasking is great even on an 8 inch screen. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Previously went from the first Galaxy Note Tab 10.1 to this tablet and it's a HUGE upgrade. Display is amazing and so far is really quick. I basically use this tablet for gaming and light surfing on the web and it does its job. My one complaint is often the finger print scanner on the home button doesn't work quite as well and I end up having to type in my backup password to unlock the device more often than I'd like.

This is my first tablet and I'm very impressed. It's quick, great screen quality, thin, and light. I use it for email, PowerPoint, and mostly for school work. It's durable as well, I would recommend this product.

This tablet we get it in offer and very much impressed with the fast. Easy to handle. Battery life is long time. charging very quickly.

Best tablet I have ever owned. I switched from iPad to Galaxy and I am glad I made the move. Size, weight, screen resolution, battery life, free ms office and features such as quick connect are really great.

When it comes to phone and tablets Samsung is the best. The tablet is solid, durable, excellent display, convenient sd card slot, and can run anything on the Android store with no problems. I use this tablet to watch movies and play games. Battery life is more than enough for a day of usage.

I used my tablet to take pictures, read guidebooks on the places we visited, and as a map (I downloaded maps of the areas and an app that used the GPS to show where to go places [called map.me]). I charged it each night and the charge lasted the entire day. An excellent bargain at $100 off (which paid for the cover and memory card). While expensive, the Samsung cover for the tablet was very good, too (especially the automatic on and off when opened/closed). And with the 128 gig memory card, there was more than enough room for the downloaded maps and all of my pictures (including all of my pictures from my home computer, too, as backup).

Very very nice screen, compact, quick and decent battery life. My only complaint is that the iPad has much better cases available and I let my daughter use this tablet a lot.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She is very happy with it, right size and features,easy to use. Paired it to our secure WiFi network with no problems. Expect to be able to pair it with her Samsunog S4 as a hotspot when travelling. Ordering and ship to home went very smoothly.

I have an Apple IPAD but this SAMSUNG Tablet is great. It's fast, and easier to use. There are many applications available. I use it for business and it's better than carrying my laptop. I highly recommend this item.

Samsung has really been on a roll lately since they figured everything out with their tablets. You'd be hard pressed to find a better display and a slim body all in one. Also most tablets come with 16GB while these come with 32GB as well as Microsoft office. I do miss the flash for the camera and the haptic feedback but nonetheless an excellent.

Best picture I have ever seen on a tablet. Have received many compliments about it. Add additional memory and have downloaded and saved 20+ movies. Highly recommend this tablet to Samsung users because it can link to your phone and do great things.,

I really enjoy & like working with my new tablet. It is so fast it is amazing. The only problem I'm having is the finger print does not work at all for me. And I would like to print my manual out for my tablet if someone could please resend it to me again. I left it on my email, but when went back to print it my email was gone. So please resend again. This is a great tablet otherwise! The S2 tablet.

Was looking for another 8in tablet. I looked at reviews for other tablets and found this one to be one of the easiest to use. It's light weight and does all the things I need it to do. I'm very pleased. I take it everywhere.
