This is the best tablet you can get for under 300 bucks new. If you want something 400 range and up then you need to get an iPad. Literally you can't get any better than this tablet though if you want Android OS. Pros: Small, light, super bright amazing screen, SD Card, Very fast processor and ample ram, amazingly thin and crisp design, got that shiny shiny look Cons: Tinny terrible crackly sound, super cool thin design makes it hard to hold at times, needs a case. Also battery is great but the way android runs kills the battery quickly. so its nowhere near as good as say leaving it sitting there for a few days and expecting it to still be alive like an iPad

Love this tablet! Even though I'm not a huge fan of TouchWiz, this tablet is pretty awesome. The display is bright and sharp but since it's AMOLED it's subject to burn in (which is very noticeable on the display units at Best Buy). I ended up returning it because my husband wanted a bigger tablet.

This tablet is actually great. The 4:3 ratio does come in handy while browsing the web and reading. However, it falls a little short when watching Netflix or other streaming apps. I have gotten use to it and the picture is really sharp and clear, so I can't complain on that end. Good Buy overall.

Great screen. Feels good in your hands. Functions very well. Love that it comes with office! Replaced my IPad with no regrets.

very thin, very good build quality. Nice screen resolution. It is very easy to use. Plays all the games smoothly and all the stuff looks nice. can easily add microsd card and some(not all) apps can be moved onto it. battery life I would judge as just average. wifi has been good and has not had any connectivity issues. I am every bit as happy with this as I was with an ipad mini I bought a couiple of years ago.

I have been an IPad user for about 6 years. I have and use a Samsung Note and have loved it so when it came time to replace my IPad I began to look at the Samsung tablets. I couldn't be happier with my choice. I love the quality of the screen and the size is great as it fits in my purse making it so easy to take on the go.

This tablet is very fast and has awesome graphics.. Tablet is perfect size for one hand operation and viewing... Finger print reader is a little difficult to use daily

I bought this tablet to replace my Dell Venue. S2 is so much nicer and better with the lollipop os. The screen resolution is also much sharper and the touch more precise.

Bought because of screen quality and Samsung's reputation. Pricey for what it is as Best Buy's House Brand - Insignia is just as good but unsure about updates and such.

I like the Samsung family product, had an older version tablet i think it the galaxy tab 2, this is tablet is a lot bigger, the screen is a log clearer, camera is great,

This is a great device. My first android device moving from a Windows tablet. I like the ease of use and setup and the integration to other Samsung devices is great.

I was skeptical on buying this tablet but I am so glad that I did. It is extremely convenient to use around the house and the screen resolution is just beautiful!

Really enjoying this tablet and prefer android. Frequently on sale. Very light and thin. Samsung cover fits like a glove to provide protection without extra bulk.

I've used this for almost week now and do like it alot. I got this with a $100 trade in credit for an ancient ipad 1. I got this because I'm so used to the Android operting system and like it on my phone (a Nexus 5). Almost waited for the Ipad mini 4, but this tablet has better specs (more and expandable memory) and works wonderfully. It has a nice quality build. The screen is vibrant and beautiful. The machine is fast; there's no lagging/sputtering with the processesor when running apps that you would find in cheaper underpowered tablets. Wifi and bluetooth work flawlessly. The user interface hasn't been altered a whole lot. Looks and feels like Android Lollipop which is great. It downloaded updates as soon as I connected it to wifi. Both cameras take very nice quality pics. Battery life is pretty good. With moderate to heavy use, a single charge will get you through the day; and the battery charges pretty quickly; much faster than my original ipad did, but that battery lasted even longer. The only thing I am not thrilled with is the thumb print scanner. At times it works great and at other times it takes a few tries, and after a few failed attempts, it asks you enter your password. So I went back to using a PIN as a security lock. I don't think the thumb print scanner is really necessary; it's pretty gimmicky. Overall, it's a terric premium tablet that's a nice alternative to the Ipad mini for anyone who doesn't want to drink the Apple flavor kool-aid...

It's easy to handle and to operate. This is my first Android product and I can't believe how much I love it! I have always been an iPad user but not anymore.
