It is a quality product that does every thing you would expect a tablet to do. We already had a five year old tablet from Samsung that still works, but couldn't be updated anymore so we knew what to expect. When we were checking out, many people commented on how happy we would be with it. They were right!

Got on line and found it was on sale and purchased it on line and picked it up at the store that very night. Was easy, fast and at a good price. The Tab 2 has continued to i,pess me with its many features and have not found anything to complain about.

They set up my tablet with everything I needed. The service/training available is great and very helpful. The galaxy representatives are always available to help with any questions and problems. All other office stores charge for this service. I recommend buying any type of electronic items at Best Buy.
