Easy to use.

Had a problem 4 days after purchase and called Samsung tech support and they are a joke. After telling them my problem and answering questions they said they could not help me with an answer. Told me I had to take it back to place I bought it. When I got home two weeks later I went back to Best Buy and they solved it for me. For that reason I would not buy another Samsung product. I do not have a problem with the service or people at Best Buy they were great.
