I mostly use my tablets for reading and surfing the web. It usually doesn't leave my bedside table. So this thing wasn't tossed around in backpacks or expected to hold up under more strenuous conditions. After 6mos a very tiny green line appeared near the left side of the screen. It was annoying but it didn't change the functionality so I dealt with it. 3mos after that the battery started to die faster and now it will not even charge. It lasted about 1.5years. I expect more out of Galaxy devices. I've owned just about all of them and never really have had this issue. I wouldn't buy this generation.

I have had this tablet for sometime and the battery is horrible. At 27% it just restarts itself then battery is under 20% just from reboot. Then within 10 minutes shuts downs. It will not turn on till after it has charged for a while. It will also lose WiFi. Just out of no where. To get it to work again you have to restart the table. I am a Samsung lover always have been. I bought the S2 because of it being a premium Samsung tablet I was wrong. I am know going to buy a new IPad mini. Don't waste your money. Sorry Samsung but you lost this customer.

The S2 does not measure up the the S4. should have had fingerprint or face recognition. with 4 years passed using the S4 I expected new tablets coming out would have more features.

Arrived as promised, had to order since not in stock. Had trouble with email on third day. Came to Geek Squad and he was able to reactivate by downloading a yahoo app. Then two days later the tablet went fizzy, blacked out and blinked the logo for awhile, then completely crashed. Lol, very dramatic death. Returned the next day. Best Buy is always great with customer service, which is why we buy our electronics there. I'll probably switch back to an iPad mini.

Simple put this was a great buy for the price that left me very satisfied. My only complaint is that : I feel it lacked external features required for competition with laptops and other Tablets!

I couldn't get it to work with the Phantom 4 control software, so I returned it for the previous model that was still being sold. That worked. I'd have preferred the newer model (sold at same price).

Nice screen, laggy Samsung skin, unbelievable battery drain, even with everything turned off, super slow, waste of money. Never buying Samsung again.

to small for me. Wanted it for travel but felt like I was using my S7 hard to text, at least for me, and just felt small. Returned it for a larger version.

I was looking to replace this for my chromebook. It's great for browsing this internet but when I tried to use it for week, it just wasn't functional.

This tablet is great for the price. It is compact and really fast internet connection. It has easy to navigate features for any age.

I was quite disappointed with this tablet. As an owner of the Samsung Galaxy tab s gen 1, this was a bit of a letdown. I didn't see any real upgrade, and the screen seemed dimmer than my older tablet. Also there was no screen mirroring with this one. Because this tablet was close in size to my older model Samsung Galaxy tab, I thought I wouldn't feel any difference, but yes, that small inch or so, did make difference to me.

When ever I updated with apple suggested update, I was no longer able to print photos from my phone.
