    Biggest disappointment from Samsung ever.

    What can I say? I have owned 8 or more Samsung tablets so far plus many more of their phones. I am a big Samsung fan, but man this unit and maybe the product line is a failure. It is crashes non stop. I have sent it in 4 times to samsung and it is getting worse each tine. Now it can't even do a factory reset successfully. I bought the 9.7 inch to use while the 8 inch goes back and forth to samsung. It also reboots without warning. I am running the same apps on my old note 4 and it does not crash. I have no hope that samsung will get the 8 inch unit fixed and they duck the issue of replacement. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PRODUCT LINE. IT IS NOT RELIABLE AND SAMSUNG DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO OR CARE ENOUGH TO FIX IT. I will just keep sending it back to them. FYI I just got it back tonight. Right out of the box failed to do the factory reset. Very sad Samsung you are able to do better then this.

    First off i had this tablet for a whole 2 hours. Dropped it on my carpet yes carpet and broke screen. I smashed it in ground again out of anger as i didn't have protection. I threw it down not even that hard and it almost bent in half. I feel for $300 it should be way better made. On the web the screen was good and clear. Now games that's a different story. They all looked horrible like something out of a cartoon from the 30's. Only reason i bought it so i will have to give it the worst rating possible. Can't even review anything else about product as it didn't last a day. If you act like it is a living baby and cling to it with your life i would recommend it to you. Now if you ever had bad luck once in your life i would not. If you do want to buy i would buy the best and most durable case you can find ASAP!!! Second Samsung galaxy tablet i have had and both broke like nothing first drop was their last sad really.

    I bought this tablet yesterday and after charging it used it to download some apps. It was hot so I let it cool down. All I did was go on Facebook and it was too hot to even touch. This heat comes from the upper right area of the tablet on the backside. I went back to Best Buy and exchanged it hoping it was just mine. The new one did the exact same thing. Taking it back. This is the newer model which has a faster processor than the S2 8.0 710. Not sure if that is the problem but I cannot even hold it, it gets too hot.

    Very glitchy tablet just like Nexus 7

    I've had Nexus 7s and I thought id try the Samsung Galaxy tab s2 to get away from the Nexus 7 glitchy headaches. I don't see this as a product that will last more than 2 years with all it shortfalls. After seven months more and more problems are piling up. It's loaded with Samsung useless bloatware . Think twice about blowing $400 on a $100 quality tablet. Pros; Great hd screen quality on movies TV shows Hangs on to wifi unlike Nexus 7 Swipe screen shot Cons; Battery drains way too fast for a 7 month old tablet Constantly needs charging Tinty speakers Fingerprint works a day perfect then crashes Tablet freezes regularly Some sites the video seems that it doesn't fit the screen properly and is distorted. If you charge it while using it it actual loses rather gains a charge

    This is my second Tab S2 and I'm a long time Samsung customer. After less than a week, I placed the tablet in the padded travel pocket of my laptop backpack, in its protective case, only to be are it out on the plane to discover a large crack across the screen. I'd bought the 10 inch one the year before to have it break at the same place. It's a beautiful tablet , but there is something drastically wrong with how the screen is installed, making it to delicate and costing the customer too much money and frustration. Save yourself some grief and get the iPad mini. Samsung needs to get this design flaw fixed. iPhones went through this during the iPhone 4 series and it appears to be Samsungs turn,

    Charge port keeps breaking

    I like a lot of the features, but my charge ports keep breaking. I bought two of these at Christmas for my kids, but I have had to have one of them repaired twice, and I am sending the other one off for the first repair. The insides of the charge port appear to be flimsy, and one faulty insertion of the charge cable can break a pin or loosen a connection. This is from normal wear and tear. I do charge my tablets every night. This is a deal breaker. Unless Samsung proves that they can make a sturdier product, I'm going back to Apple for my next tablets. On a side note, Samsung support has been good. I've just had to use them too much.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would DO NOT waste your money on any Samsung tablets They are really poorly made, if you can use it at all they go into loop mode turn on and off multiple times. Sent back to Samsung and they "repaired" it, which means I still have the same problems -- waste of money. I would note the tablet is only 8 months old. When the problems started it was in the first month and nothing has changed even with their "repair". Buy something other than Samsung--

    Tablet freezes with kindle application reader. Originally planned to get a Kindle, as I explained in store that reading would be the primary function for me, but was talked into this one instead by the representative. Also doesn't seem to hold a charge long even when using reader mode and having brightness turned all the way down. Not sure if I just got a lemon or if they are all like this, however I will be returning this item. Pretty disappointed with the performance.

    Tablet will not turn on and won't charge. Tried to get help on the Samsung website and they gave me a link that doesn't work and aren't answering an email I sent. Went to the store to see the Samsung rep and he wasn't any help either. But I was most pleased when Best Buy could help me and their Geek Squad currently has the tablet and is seeing what they can do.

    I use this little beauty every day and am beginning to like it more than my laptop. I can't believe how my studio work as improved because of the nonstop fabulous classical music choices. I'm still learning. I also love the compact size and take it everywhere. Two of my close friends have got this tab since I got mind.

    I was very excited to get the tablet, brought it home and charged only to find half of the screen was dead. I returned it to best buy for a refund. Letting them know about its problems, she said she had never seen anything like that before. Now I am the proud owner of a I Pad

    Two Tab S2, both failed

    I bought a Galaxy TabS2, and I really liked it in every way. After 3 weeks, it refused to boot past the Samsung screen. Exchanged it for another at BestBuy that lasted less than 2 weeks with the same issue. Returning it for refund. I don't want another!

    Worked on day 1, didn't work afterwards. Save the money and don't buy into the dumb tablet market. Get a Chrome book instead. Do you really need a smart phone and a tablet? No you don't, but you probably grew up getting everything you want so why should this stop you.

    I bought this tab thinking that I wanted to switch from Ipads, boy what a mistake. It was nothing near the quality and efficiency of an IPad, i got rid of it. I pretty much lost 340 bucks.

    I never opened the package. I returned it to get the 9+ screen I cannot really rate it as I never tried it out. It was a gift for a birthday yet to come.
