I returned it to best buy for a refund. Letting them know about its problems, she said she had never seen anything like that before. Now I am the proud owner of a I Pad

Get a Chrome book instead. Do you really need a smart phone and a tablet? No you don't, but you probably grew up getting everything you want so why should this stop you.
