    Purchased the product on 12/12/17. Had to return it to Samsung on 1/22/18 because the tablet shut down and would not turn back on. After 15 minutes of rather frustrating interaction with the Samsung tech on the phone, Samsung agreed to replace the device siting an issue with the battery pack. I thoroughly enjoyed the tablet right up to the point that it stopped working. Consider buying the insurance. Wish I had.

    A bit low on battery life is only reason for 4 star rating. Wanted to give 4.5 but between 4 and 5 I dropped it to the lower.
