This tablet was my husband's Christmas present.

When he plugged it in, it would not turn on nor would it charge. Had to get on the phone on Christmas morning with tech support who couldn't help and said it is damaged. Then had to get on the phone with Best Buy to arrange to get a new one. And it couldn't even be overnighted. Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

camera works

Works fast, too fast, no time to see cards move, If I want news it changes to games and back. It is defective but I live an hour away from the store and have to make an appointment to see GK squad, bleah!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice tablet but only had it a couple of months and the microphone stopped working so had to take it in to Best Buy and the Samsung girl actually broke it so had to send it back and do without my tablet for almost a week. I think she fried it because they sent me a brand new one with all my stuff deleted so not real happy with them or best buy right now.
