To touchy when you type.wish you could fix it but I cannot

Purchased this item open box as I've had great luck with doing this in the past. This item arrived locked to the previous owners account. Best Buy Tech Support was terrible - after going in circles on the website to find chat the tech support person was rude and told me I had to call in. Called in and was transferred to 4 different people before I was told I would have to take it to the store. Very disappointed in this purchase.

After only 6 months the plug outlet wears out and then it cuts off and hard to turn back on. this is the second tablet. Money wasted. Do not buy.

So far I am very pleased with this tablet. Make no mistake this is not as good as an iPad period, I have both. But it is a very good tablet and most importantly it is considerably cheaper which offsets some of its shortcomings. If you just need a good Android tablet that will get the job done with an excellent screen this is a good choice. Pros - low price point - expandable storage - awesome screen, ( one reviewer complained about the 4:3 aspect ratio, 4:3 is better for everything but movies, no question) - very thin and light weight, just love how thin and light this thing is - loaded with marshmellow Cons - while light weight, it seems fragile to me and definitely not the same quality construction as Apple. I can see slight dimples in the plastic in the back around the ports for example. But throw a case on and you are good to go - good performance but doesn't hold a candle to the iPad pro, still it is fast enough for everything I have thrown at it thus far. This is using Qualcoms midrange 652 chip and it is no 820. Not sure why Samsung doesn't beef up their tablets except maybe it is to keep the price down. - Typical quirks of Android Overall love this tablet and would recommend it if you understand what you are getting

So I wanted a tablet with a high resolution screen and the 9. 7inch form factor and my only two options were this and the iPad Air 2. The main difference between the two was that this had android marshmallow which I preferred to ios so I got it. I love the 9.7 inch 2048x1536 amoled display. It was great to watch the newest episode of Game of Thrones on. Everything feels fast and fluid. I use the Google now launcher instead of TouchWiz and everything feels great. Text is crisp and the blacks are really black thanks to the amoled display and reading books or browsing the Web is a pleasure. From what little I've used the camera it's ok not great. The battery life is decent. It's really thin and light weight with metal on the sides and a soft touch back which is a pleasure to hold. Overall I think this is a great tablet!

The Tab S2 is a significant jump over the previous Tab S. The tab S2 does not suffer from the same bulk or the cheap feel of the tab S, but still has the best qualities. The best quality from the previous generation was the beautiful, vibrant and brilliant AMOLED screen. Samsung beats Apple out in this category as you would expect. The tab S2 is also razor thin for a 9.7in tablet and it even makes room for an sd card, which the phones it was released next to didn't even have. Apple still has a software edge on samsung if you are unaccustomed to Samsung's version of android. Samsung seems to have perfected its hardware before it released the s7 series with the tab s2. The only Achilles heel is the problems with all Samsungs, software aka bloat and a heavy UI. While not as bad as past generations it can be annoying to have Samsung junk that you never use lying around. This generation however is the lightest by far and is by no means chock full of bloat and useless thing. I have not experienced too much lag however and its been running well for over a year now. If only Samsung hardware was used for a Pixel tablet, a pure android tablet that was slim and expandable.

was good tablet but dont work with dji products. to bad, i had to change to apple for 1st time in my life

I really like this tablet and i was excited to see one in my store that never has the good stuff. well got to the car, mem card slot was missing. oh well, i thougt. i ordered one from ebay, problem solved. on the 29th day, it just quit. its with SAMSuNG as we speak because bb would not return it.

I wasn’t a fan of this at all. I returned it and bought an iPad.

The tablet started having charging problems in 4 months and not I am struggling with their warranty team. I regret returning the iPad bought before this.

The price was unbeatable but then when I tried to use the tablet, it was attached to another person's gmail and I couldn't use it. Had to return the device for a refund.

I don't think this tablet is very good, I had a Samsung 10" tablet for 12 years and it still works great. This is the 9" one, the slimmer one. Don't buy it.

I bought the Galaxy Tab A 7" last year, and this is a BIG improvement, and for the price it was a better choice over the S3 for me, considering this model and another S2 model are flaghsip models, just like the S3. What does that mean? Oreo upgrade! The fact that it is a major improvement in speed and realibility, so far, is what I'm amazed at, as well as the 60fps on youtube, for starters! It does have an expandable micro sd card slot, and there's a pin to help you get the card case out so you can put the sd card in proper. I've had issues inserting the sd card in a few samsung devices before, so I was thankful for this, as well. I would definitely recommend this one, if you're looking for a new tablet or to upgrade from an old one.

My tablet had a defect with the screen. Was an amazing tablet but this one problem was a deal breaker for me. Would purchase again but more likely the 8 inch version.

I pay for a new tablet and I received a used if not a display product, about to return it tomorrow anyway. I’m so disappointed

Very disappointed, after less than 6 months it started overheating and discharging the battery rendering it useless.
