I have one of these, and my mom likes it so I bought her one too. I use it at work, home, etc... It works well, and is faster than either of my computers. Though the Outlook app seems cool, but will ruin a hotmail account that I used for years with little spam. Now it is basically a dumping ground of email. The tablet is cool though.

This tablet is super fast and the picture quality is outstanding. The sound is very good as well. And it is very light. No need to spend more money on more expensive tablets. This one gives you the high quality for less.

After many years of apple products( ipads, iPhones, apple TV, iPods etc.) I needed a something new and different. So I went with this S2. What a apeoduct. Screen quality is really nice. Speed is great and smooth. So many features. Customizable is always a great feature. Look forward to seeing f what they come up with after the s3.

I went in to the store knowing I needed another tablet. My current Samsung is dying. I really like samsung and knew that's what I wanted to go with. It was a great price for black friday. It's a big bigger than I'm used to but they don't offer the size I previously had. So far its great and I'm very happy with it.

I bought this tablet to see if I could replace my laptop with a tablet. I discovered that a tablet cannot replace a laptop for my particular needs. (I did get a keyboard accessory. I found the tablet + keyboard configuration unwieldy. I returned the keyboard.) I need a laptop for heavy writing, research, and document use. I need to have multiple windows open at the same time. This tablet cannot do that. But though the tablet has not replaced my laptop, the tablet is great for what it does do. I use it primarily for entertainment. I have an Invisible Shield screen protector, a Griffin Survivor cover, and a Bose Color Soundlink speaker. This is the perfect configuration for me.

This was to replace my wife's tablet that the dogs got at it was a Samsung so she wanted another this one is faster then her old one and more lite weight and fits in her work bag a lot better so overall a good buy.

Yes, it may be an older tablet but it works better well for streaming TV, video or music. It was even cheaper than it's 8 inch sibling when I bought it. I had tried the 8 inch in the past but the squarish format of that tablet made me eventually return it. It has ample ram (3 gb) for smooth running of most apps. The sd slot has accepted 128 gb (so far). The screen is richer with colors (amoled) compared to my other Tab A Active. All in all, great purchase. If you are able to find an otterbox defender or the Samsung Folio ( depending on your style or how much protection you prefer), you will have a very winning combination.

I was looking for tablets for my mother and father in law. Tired of watching them try to find pictures on their Samsung phones that they can't see. This will be especially great for my mother in law who's a little tech challenged but knows how to operate her Samsung phone. Great price on Black Friday.

I bought this tablet for my daughter to replace the galaxy 10.1 inch tablet 4 I bought her when it came out a few years back. I like that it has a very clear display and is slimmer so when you put a case on its not so bulky. Setup was easy like all of them and beat paying double the price for the s3.

I purchased this tablet after my old Samsung ran out of space. This has twice the space, plus the SD card slot, so I will probably never run out of space to download apps and updates. It runs super fast and lets me enjoy everything my old Galaxy Tab did, only in half the time! Definitely recommend

My first choice was the Samsung view which was not in stock. Joey Medina was the rep that assisted me. (A wonderful young man). Joey showed me the other Samsung (my only brand choice) tablets in stock. I really wasn't interested in a smaller tablet. Joey suggested I look at a TV the size of the Samsung View to see if I really wanted one that big. Omg! Uh Yea no! It would have been way to big for what I use tablets for. Back to the other choices. I had spent many hours reviewing all of the Samsung tablet line. Joey was super patient with me. He showed me and explained to me without pressure to buy the features. I bought the S2. I absolutely love this tablet. At set up, it even asked if I wanted to install all my apps on my previous tablet ( also Samsung). Heck Yea!! I was amazed the S2 has word and excel. The graphics are HD phenomenal! The sound is ok, but I don't care because I bought the Bose soundlink II. I now have an awesome lil theater for streaming Netflix or anything else I want while being cozy in my bed.

Samsung as always is easy to use and compatible. Liked the product it's sleek and light and performing well

I love this tablet...hardly use my laptop. The size is perfect, lightweight & takes clear, beautiful photos. I purchased it through BB Open Box on the website & have not been disappointed !

I love this tablet it's exactly like my phone just bigger! Extremely user friendly takes great pictures long battery time and holds alot of memory with the sd card option!

Great screen, fast, light, and long battery life. There are a lot of apps and accessories available, it can do almost everything a laptop can do

Pros 1. My price was right. I never wanted a tablet, but then I had some projects come up that indicated that it was a good idea. 2. Display. I like it. Bright with good clarity. I have it on a roller stand that puts it at the perfect height. 3. Video. I watch alot of YouTube and it handles the job well. 4. Setup. I own a Samsung Galaxy S5, so excluding an icon in a different place or two, it is the exact same setup as my S5, but bigger. 5. Easy of setup. As a society, we are spoiled. lol.. I logged into my Google account and it installed all the apps from my phone and I was done. Setting up my e-mail (hotmail) everything was a breeze. Soooo... I know you are like... With all of the above being good what could possibly be bad... Cons... 1. Not compatible. I specifically bought this product for my Sony A7RII to use as a display during photoshoots. You guessed it!!! Out of all the tablets to pick, I picked the one tablet that is specifically not compatible with Sony. 2. Not compatible for music projects possibly. There is an app that supposedly will allow you to share your screen onto the tablet. Well... There are a number of them on the market and you guessed it! The majority are not any good even from the large companies. 3. Dual monitor... I actually just ending up buying a Samsung monitor as my second monitor. I still may try to connect the tablet as a 3rd monitor. 4. Music projects/singing in the closet. I have not tested this feature yet, but I am comfortable that the table can handle that as it already has Microsoft Word installed. Soooo... My advice...If you are buying this for a specific art project, make sure you do your homework and even when you do your homework, do it again as it still might not be compatible unless you are sticking with Samsung. I chose to go ahead and keep the product because my wishful thinking is that my issues are only firmware update fixes away. Not only that, I do like the size and it has proven to be handy as I work on my projects especially the ability to watch a video tutorial on YouTube as I am trying to put together another product in another room. Nice as it is bigger than my cellphone and more portable than my desktop and laptop. Soooo... it has some uses.... Good luck on your decision....

I bought the Galaxy Tab S2 as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves the 9.7" screen and the bright colors. Its fast, has all the features she needs and is easy to use.

I got this from an open box deal for my 6 year old. The price was right ya know? When he started downloading apps, the tablet would shut off randomly. I think it was from downloading multiple apps at one time. When not downloading apps, it doesn’t shut off randomly. The charge doesn’t hold long, but that’s probably because the screen is so big. Nice product, glad it was an open box Bc I wouldn’t pay full price for this.
