Uses battery quickly and it does not have fast charging therefore takes a long time to charge.

Display gets shutdown frequently and never expected the same.

Excellent. I sort of like it better than my iPad Air 2. Only reason being is the flexibility in terms of available apps and customization. Nice size screen. Crisp graphics. I think the price point is a bit high, but you are getting 64GB of storage so it is worth it in some aspects.

I researched this device very heavily. I had an iPad and wanted to make sure was making the right choice to switch from Apple to Android. It's very fast, lightweight and the graphics are amazing for gaming. The thing that sold me was the ability to multitask. I love it.

This is the only 64GB Android tablet available by a major manufacturer. My wife previously had the Samsung Galaxy 9.7 Tab A with 16GB, but the tablet soon became almost unuasable do to the constant need for App updates hogging her internal storage. Even with moving her games to 64GB external SD card, it only freed up 1GB of space due to the Bloatware Sammy likes to put on their tablets with no ability to Uninstall. The screen is Super AMOLED and looks better than an iPad. The form factor is closer to an iPad shape to cater to ebook readers. The CPU is Quad core and it has plenty of RAM to chew through the most intense android games. She used about 23GB in apps and games so far with plenty left over. Expandable storage up to 256GB and runs Android 6 out of box. Android 7 (Nougat) OS is just released as of April 7th 2017 and is rolling out to these and the 8.0 inch Tab S2. Only other option is to buy S2 or newer S3 with 32GB storage onboard so get these 9.7 S2 64GB models while they last.

This is one of the best investment to buy this 2 tablet for birthday present. Tablet speed is very fast and graphic is much better than the small foot print 7" tablet.

I bought this tablet to replace an iPad 2. There is no comparison. The processor is so much faster. The screen is sharper. Best of all no itunes store.

My favorite feature about the tablet is that it usually takes around an hour to charge and takes a couple of days before it dies. The picture quality of movies and videos are fantastic. My biggest complaint would be the camera quality isn't great. The photos and videos look grainy and dark.

Light, thin, premium tablet with a deluxe feature set. Full HD display, lots of storage capacity 64GB plus micro SD card up to 128GB, quick processor with 3GB of RAM. An update to Android 7.0 is available via WIFI. My wife has had a S2 9.7 for over a year an really likes it when this model was on sale several weeks ago I decided to move from an 8 inch Android 5.01 tablet to the S2 9.7 and am really liking it.

This is the best Android tablet ever. It's thin, fast, and the screen is exceptional.

I'm 74 years old and this is the best tablet I have ever had in my life. No problem, not one until now 4/2022 when the battery will not charge and I got it when it first came out.

I treated this tablet like a newborn baby. It stopped charging even though it said it was charging. SAMSUNG repair wanted $300.00 to put in a new motherboard...outrageous. I can get another brand or model new for that price. I Have Samsung phones, TV's, etc. Very disappointed with the tablet and Samsung service.
