Being a Apple guy, I found the android device a little strange! After many attempts I figured out how to download movies and tv episodes for my 2-1/2 year old grandson to watch while flying to and from Hawaii in airplane mode! Great tablet, great picture quality, well worth the price of admission! Works very well with work related product manuals in PDF format as well, which was the original reason for the purchase! Great battery life as well!

i had an old i-pad before this and the transition was very easy. It fullfills the need I had for a notebook that would work with the airline inflight wifi without a problem.

The Samsung is so much faster and has an incredible display. These are also lighter and thinner. We are not heavy users so lasts for about a week.

This tablet exhibits all of the quality I now expect from Samsung products. Fabulous display, super fast and tons of storage. Excellent product.

The tablet is very light. Screen resolution is amazing! I bought it for my autistic step daughter who loves to read and sing and she uses the tablet every day. She absolutely loves it. She had an IPAD before, which we had many problems connecting to the internet. We have had no issues with this Samsung thus far! I strongly recommend over any other tablets out there!

Just an awesome tablet! Very fast! Most clear diplay I have ever seen and a tablet. Easy to use. Does not freeze or pause. 100% satisfied!

Love the new GTAB S2 9.7! Thin and Light, great graphics, and nice speed. Also like the size better than my older GTAB 10.1.

I do have to admit that I wound up side by side comparing this with an IPad, and chose the IPad. Being a huge fan of android, I naturally picked up this tablet first to replace my aging Samsung Note. I felt that it was a sturdy product and provided amazing screen resolution. It offered plenty of processor and could handle slinging to my samsung TV. It offers a cool program which allows you to view your samsung phone on the tablet. It was a great. Ultimately, the major thing that sold me on the IPad was battery life. There was no comparison. Samsung clearly sacrificed battery life for weight this go around. As much as I hated going to an Apple product, the battery was a big turnoff for me. If you can keep it plugged in often, this is your tablet, but if you are traveling...perhaps look elsewhere for the same pricepoint.

I love everything about this tablet. Perfect size, easy to use, amazing battery life, great color/screen resolution.

Bought this for my son in college for Christmas, so my review is second hand, he loves it. Having the micro SD slot is wonderful, really sets it apart from iPad. The screen is downright gorgeous, performance is fast and having Office on board makes it a laptop eliminator for classes. I bought a couple of cases for it from Finti aftermarket, nice protection and the keyboard is great. You can't go wrong and if you have a Samsung phone, the sharing is nice.

I have owned the original developers samsung tablet since before they came to market, and the new s2 is so much more powerful that I am now amazed at why I waited so long to upgrade, but then kind of glad I did. This tablet is an Ipad killer. If you like android and you like expandable memory then this is the flagship tab you've been waiting for. Gorgeous screen, easily hold it in one hand reading while laying in bed, even comes with word programs. Not sure I will give up my laptop yet, but I am constantly grabbing this tablet through out the day....

I bought this to replace my older, smaller Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, and I must say, it's quite an improvement. My older tablet was infuriating in that taps were not registered immediately, so there were many mistaken selections. Really annoying. This tablet is super snappy, there is zero lag between taps and the taps registering. The battery life is good, it's super thin but doesn't feel delicate. Really, there's nothing I could complain about so far.

Super lightweight, amazing clarity on the screen. I use this in my office and work in the hospital for quick research and for electronic charting. The fingerprint reader for unlocking is a great feature for easy access and keeping important information safe- just make sure the backup password is also secure if you also plan on using your tab for work purposes. I have also been using this with a keyboard case which makes it into a mini-laptop.

Screen resolution is excellent, speed is good, bought this since I tend to be a Samsung house and it integrated seamlessly with everything else in house. Had to wait a month or two to buy, because thought it was overpriced and waited for a holiday sale, was worth the wait and would buy again.

I was pleasantly surprised when I powered up the tablet for the first time. I'm not new to Samsung products and I have always been a fan of the brand for 15 years now. This is my 3rd Samsung tablet and it's by far the best tablet on the market as of this review. The display on this tablet is INCREDIBLE! The speed of the CPU keeps Lolipop running smooth as butter. The fact that the tablet has 16GB of storage...standard! Do not miss out!

The display is fantastic. Unit is very light weight. Heckuva fast too! My only qualm is that the display is in 4:3 aspect ratio, so widescreen movies/pictures are black-bordered. If it was 16:9, it be a 5 star.

The picture quality is supurb. I am in my mid sixties and not very technical. It is extremely easy to set up and use. It fits into my purse and it is very lightweight and easy to carry around. I purchased the matching Samsung case which is also easy to use, and lightweight. It is very thin and does not add bulk to the tablet.

Battery life is great and quicker processing. Screen is much better than my retina display
