    I love samsung products however ALL their tablets have the same defect. There is a connector inside that doesn't seat properly. Samsung has been told but ever tablet even new ones have same issue. Damsung won't repair it and if you open it it voids the warranty. Only way to fix it is to send it out thru geek squad and wait 4 to 5 weeks to get it back. When you do that backing data up does NOT get everything so you end up with lost info
