Been wanting a tablet for a long time, but price was prohibitive. Finally the Samsung Tab S3 went on sale and the $425 price got my attention. Also when compared with the S4 tablet, the S3 was about the same in features. S4 didn't seem to offer that much advantages for the increased price. The downloadable S4 manual is very good. The start up guide is real basic and unless you've grown up with a tablet, it's pretty minimal. The manual is very helpful. The battery life of the S3 is so much more than I expected. The video processor is great. My previous "tablet" was a Kindle Fire which was really slow and just not reliable at all. It was time to switch. The only thing I didn't like about the S3 was the available protective covers. The reviews of most of them were not impressive and their cost was really outrageous for the poor reviews. Samsung needs to fix this. I finally found a simple padded zipper closing pouch that really works great. It's an after-market generic item that was cheap and fits the protective requirement so much better than the covers advertised for the S3. I would strongly recommend the S3, but stay away from the Samsung and popular promoted covers.

This tablet is great and I absolutely love it. I love the stylus that comes with it also. The tablet is very fast. The only complaint I would have is that the picture quality really isn't that great, which is surprising considering the specs. I don't take a lot of pictures with it anyway though because the size of the tablet makes it a little difficult.

Great Tablet faster, brighter easy to use. I had a Samsung galaxy tablet that was 3 years old and it was great but now the new one better.

This is an awesome tablet, it's super thin, comfortable to hold with one hand as an ebook reader. The battery life is phenomenal! The sound is amazing, it's got this spatial surround sound that makes watching movies on it a great experience. Not to mention the OLED super bright colors - all in all, a great tablet. Highly recommend.

Very nice sensitivity. Office apps already installed. Found a nice case that holds the stylus pencil. Battery lasts longer than the tab s.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 " tablet from Best buy. The AMOLED screen is bright, vibrant with incredible contrast and has a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. The tablet is light weight and has a professional, high quality finish to it. The charging system uses the new USB-C connector and charges 6000 mAh battery very quickly. Excellent product!

Did plenty of research on this one before purchase; seems to be the primary contender to the Ipad Pro. Purchase was influenced by the expandable storage and HDR compliant screen; though HDR not yet fully implemented. Lacking, in my opinion, is the amount of internal flash storage considering how cheap that is, and the going price for this tablet. On the other hand, you will pay quite the premium for additional flash in the Ipad Pro, when upgrading storage for the Tab S3 is a matter of purchasing a Micro SD card, deals for which are everywhere.

A perfect addition to my Note 8. This tablet is a larger version which compliments all that I do with my phone. An outstanding product.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3! The colors and system are great. I love having the Microsoft Office products for work and the memory/speed for games! The S pen is great for writing and coloring apps. The only downside is not having a slot to store the S pen in the tablet.

Android tablets have been dying a slow death for years, both in terms of sales and mindshare. With Windows tablets on one end and ever-bigger phones on the other, tablets are being chipped away on all sides. Thus the lack of new high-end Android tablets from the big hardware makers in recent years. For me, however, even big phones like the Note 8 and the Pixel 2 XL don't offer everything I need, so I got the Galaxy Tab 3 on top of the S8 I already have. Samsung's usual excellent build quality is on full display. The tablet is gorgeous, the screen is excellent, and the speakers offer volume and clarity no phone could. Web browsing and watching videos are much better on the Galaxy Tab S3 than any phone I've used--and the overall user experience stomps the old Galaxy Tab Pro. That mess put me off Android tablets for years; I'm glad that I took a chance on the S3, as it is leagues better in almost every respect. I say "almost" because of the tablet's one big issue--one that isn't even really Samsung's fault. Many apps aren't optimized for tablets, so you will see lots of wasted space and even warped, stretched out assets as a result. This is a reflection of how Android tablets have fallen off the radar for developers; I don't expect things to improve long term. Overall, I really enjoy my Tab S3 and I'm glad I bought it. I got it on sale, however; at it's current $549 price point, it's a very tall order for anyone who isn't already committed to getting a high-end tablet already. I would say wait for another sale before taking the plunge.

I love the technology this tablet has. It handles all of today's applications and is very responsive. The pen is also a nice addition.

I researched tablets for several months and could not find anything that I wanted more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. The tablet is fantastic. I am not a technical person with electronics but you won't go wrong or be disappointed if you purchase this item. It will do anything you want plus some. I had absolutely no interest in an Apple product and this Samsung was perfect. Just wish they would send a manual instead of having to read it online. Nobody sends a manual anymore anyway. Thanks Samsung for this awesome tablet.

Great tablet, upgraded from my Samsung 7" and could not be happier. Great screen, good sound, and love the s-pen.highly recommended.

Love that you can use an HD card. Great picture, easy to use! My only improvement would be to make it easier to remove the HD card.

The stylus is amazing, and the picture incredibly sharp. Samsung rules. I am a writer with a disability and this stylus tablet makes work and college possible for me like no other. The multitasking is a joy and the numerous apps fantastic. Swipe typing is a breeze. Increased memory size and the bigger sdxc card mean I can leave the clunky laptop home.

Great speed. Slim and light weight, even expandable memory! Also like the new type of stylus as well. A little more costly, but worth it.
