The Samsung Tab S4 is the best Android tablet available on the market today. It is a marked improvement over the previous generation with a larger screen, better performance, and DeX built in. It has specs that would satisfy most every user, have an amazing Amoled screen and a great sound quality with Dolby Atmos, but is very expensive.

I was a happy user of the Galaxy Tab S3, and this is a worthy upgrade. Smaller bezels, better performance. Definitely the top Android tablet experience since Google has apparently moved exclusively to ChromeOS tablets.

I use my tablet every day for web browsing, email, watching videos, and most computing tasks that I used to do on a PC. This tablet has a fast processor, great quality display and surprisingly good sound quality.

Had the 1st note 10.1 tablet, finally upgraded, this tablet screen is amazing, the picture quality to watch movies is incredible specially on dark scenes, the sound quality, features, the pen, all improvements.

Have an S2 and bought a new S4 Samsung Tablet. Very pleased with the performance, screen resolution and overall speed. Pen takes a little getting use to but allows a lot of freestyle notes and such.

the screen is the reason to get this tablet, it's the only amoled tablet on the market and is qhd resolution. the only real complaint i have is it should've came with 6gb of ram. memory management hasn't been an issue yet but in the future it might be

The screen is fantastic, but not better than my S3. It takes twice as long to boot than my S3. The speakers are about the same as my S3. Love the pen and expandable storage, but again, nothing new. DeX is worthless on this first attempt, and chews up resources.

This is the slickest tablet I've owned yet. The screen is absolutely stunning. Dex is much improved, and the stylus adds so much functionality. Pricey, but worth it!

This is replacing my wifes kindle Fire 7, so it is quite the upgrade for her from a tablet perspective. She loves it. We did get the keyboard cover with it as well which was worth the purchase it didn't add much in weight or thickness, she can still carry it in her purse like the Fire. She uses it mostly for watching movies and reading via the kindle app. If it had one draw back it's the samsung apps insistence on activating itself and getting you to agree to all sort of data sharing. I've deactivated that now but it's still annoying none the less. All in all a great device.

I previously had the Samsung Tab 2. I LOVED it! But it is no more, and I replaced it with the Tab 4. The Tab 4 is a nice versatile tablet. I use mine as a mini laptop while traveling, and as a platform for games and movies while home. It fills these functions beautifully. I do not like that when "dex' is turned on, that the 'autorotate' is turned off. The owners manual is not as detailed as well- they do not explain what various things actually do and impact. The stylus which comes with it is a very nice bonus. But as a left handed person, I can say that the stylus must be placed more to the left than where you actually want it to be. This might not be an issue for a right handed person. This is a fun versatile tablet. It can fill any number of roles and definitely cut down on the number of electronics you travel with.

I've always bought cheap tablets thinking I would save more money that way but, this tablet is a whole lot quicker and easier to take notes with. No lags or sudden restarts unlike my $120 tablet

After 5 tablets, I think the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is the best I have ever bought. Even over the iPad . Actually I exchanged an iPad for this! I bought the 64 GB. Very happy with this purchase.

One of the highlights of this tab/phone is its battery life. This is probably due to the size, but is great to know that even if you use it extensively as a tablet or as a phone it maintains its battery life. I usually do not have to plug it in for 3 days and at the time of this writing I am on my 3rd day and still have 22% battery power left. The minor downside is you have to have a Bluetooth headset, as the phone does not have a place to listen to phone conversations privately and automatically goes to speaker. Truthfully, though, you would look a little foolish holding this tab/phone up to your ear. Great product over all!

The only bad thing I can say about the Galaxy S4 Tab is the placement of the S Pen. It is in an awkward place on the side of the tablet. You notice it more if you don't have a Type Cover. This is a little gripe as the tablet is of a good size and very bright and the battery life is excellent

This is a great tablet by Samsung. It is made of high quality products. It is 10,5 inch is the perfect size to watch videos on and yet still very portable. The screen is amazing. It is bright and and crystal clear. I bought the Samsung keyboard for the S4 and it makes the perfect cover and "laptop like" expirence. It is not bluetooth and therefore doesn't need recharged nor does it use the tablet's battery. I added Samsung's 128GB SD Card and the two together are lightning fast. I love that you get some of the Microsoft Office software. Perfect for letters and such. I've had this for about a month now and there are no issues. will enjoy this tablet for a long time.

It's big enough to use as a reader, or a small portable tablet. The stylus comes in handy for writing purposes and the battery will last a full day from a single charge

Tablet is larger than my old notebook, but weighs the same amount, I really like this for travel. Can't easily transfer my old notebook data, disappointing. Screen is good, picture is excellent, and I really like that you can decide on your security protocal for protecting entry to the notebook.

Great looking tablet and graphics are great when I installed and started a few games. Netflix and Hulu both looked great on this tablet. Pros: Visually Appealing Screen, S Pen (if you have a need), fast and easy to setup. Cons: Back of the tablet is a magnet for fingerprints, and the cost

Christmas gift for my sign. This is an up grade from his tab 2. He loves it and think the screen is better and it is faster. I like dealing with Best Buy the always have the best price.

The recently launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has the following features: Snapdragon 835, 4GB RAM. It starts with 64 GB of storage, but you can add more with an expandable microSD. The 10.5-inch AMOLED display has a superb resolution (more pixels) and a small, thin bezel, thus eliminating the Home button. It is rich in sound quality thanks to the Dolby Atmos surround sound with quad stereo speakers. It has a really long battery, 7300mAh, giving it about 16 hours of video playback. You get a rapid charger (with USB-C) with the Tab S4, and out of the box, it only takes about 2 hours to fully charge up. It comes with additional stylus tips and a pair of tweezers to change out a new tip. The S-pen is also included and it is awesome with its laser precision, allowing you to navigate the tablet with air command functionality. Even better, it doesn’t need specially sized batteries like the stylus for my laptop. I have a Samsung Note 4 phone so I was able to apply my knowledge of air command to the tablet. I LOVE the screen off memo feature and text translation with the pen. There is an iris scanner for security when logging in, but I found it awkward to have my face directly in front. It wasn’t easy to angle the tablet so it didn’t consistently work every time I turned it on. The tablet was easy set up. As I have an Android phone, all my apps and information synched up super quick. As a non-Apple user, I found I really liked the familiarity I had with the Android system. The built in DeX functionality is software feature to convert the tablet into a desktop interface for productivity with multiple windows and Windows shortcuts. You can connect it to a keyboard or a Bluetooth mouse and project on a separate monitor or mirror. On the downside, in order to edit and save work in Word, PowerPoint, etc, you need to log in with an Office 365 subscription. I ended up purchasing Samsung’s Book Cover Keyboard in order to utilize the DeX mode as well as to have a place to secure the stylus and protect the tablet as it has a glass back. At this time, if you purchase the two items together there is a 50% savings on the Book Cover keyboard that I encourage you to take advantage of. In order to maximize the productivity features that the Tab S4 offers, and so that it isn’t used simply to run apps or watch videos, a keyboard is a necessity. While I really like the Tab S4 and plan to use it with so much that I do, my rating of the Samsung Tab S4 is directly a result of this necessary additional purchase.
