We own several Samsung devices from smart phones to TVs. This is a good product. Battery life is good so far.

To be a tablet that is fast, so nice display and can turn into a laptop mode which is the Samsung Dex Mode. However, pre-built apps crashed on me with the Microsoft apps like OneDrive and glitched multiple times. I barely even have apps and files when I purchased this so that disappointed me and triggered to return the tablet. If only this was about 6GB to 8GB RAM at least it may handle overall the apps and multi tasking apps plus the apps and tasks by android running in the background could make this very smooth and consistent. But for 4GB of RAM only? It will not hold up nor last and will make you buy another table in 6 to 12 months, So I think it's a bad investment. Just improve the RAM capacity and should be good I think.

I ended up returning it in favor of the S5e.
