Ok... Lasted maybe a month before the pen holder broke and a year til it wouldn't hook up to the keyboard anymore. Not sure if it is the device or the samsung keyboard, but they are hardly compatible. The tablet lasted almost 2 years til I upgraded Jan 2021. Better than an ipad I'll give it that

A welcome upgrade to my previous tablet. My only complaint is Verizon is the only provider offered. Great video, sound and function.

I bought this tablet months ago to upgrade. When I put my sims card from my carrier in it didn’t work. Best Buy and Verizon say wait for 90 days and it will automatically unlock. I waited and it still won’t work. Now I’m out of 700 dollars for the tablet and keyboard because it won’t work on my carrier. Can’t return it because waiting the 90 days put me out of the window for return. Been dealing with this for months and multiple phone calls and no solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
