bought it when your stores were effectively closed down. basically acting as an internet order house. found I was unable to wade thru the time warp and get some geek squad help. I`m still limping along waiting for the nearest store 35 miles away opens up for technical help.

Nice tablet though a bit overpriced. Love the customization options.

Dex-mode and keyboard are perfect for my weekend classes. I can easily use school apps and view documents. Streaming apps and sound are superb, no issues with anything so far and the battery life is better than expected (for now). Only complaint is the keyboard. I'm used to my Google keyboard on my Pixel but the Samsung keyboard has some additional features that I can't switch from on the S4 but it doesn't auto space when using Chrome search.

I wanted a tablet that would play my media from Google Play, Netflix, etc. while being a good canvas for myself to create art on (I paint). This tablet definitely delivers, and as an added benefit, the stylus for drawing or writing is included in the box! I use Google Keep with the included S Pen to write notes for work and school, paint in the PenUp app, and to edit photos in Adobe's CC mobile apps such as Photoshop Express. Overall great tablet to work on, and having the flexibility of 4G with Verizon for those times when WiFi is spotty is a god-send, too.

I needed a tablet to read and watch anime on while on trips and this worked really well. Been looking at upgrading and most likely sticking eith samsung because of how great using this was.

Tablet stopped working after 1 mo., I returned to Samsung. They returned it without SIM card & told me to go to carrier, but did NO communication with me about problems. Seems fine now, but very disappointed in Samsung. Overpriced overall.
