Love the tablet but hate that it doesn't have A headphone Jack!!

First off, this is a great tablet. I wanted to buy the s4 tab but I was waiting for it to come down in price, then I saw that the s5 was coming out, and it had most of the best features of the s4 for a cheaper price. I bought the s5 and I am enjoying it very much. I'm glad I bought this tablet, and would recommend it to anyone.

The tablet functions like a laptop and is easy to use.

Light, functional, long battery. Feels good in your hand. Fingerprint reader is easy and reliable.

I find the product to be everything I expected. The only issue I had was with purchasing the product through your company. I was supposed to receive virus protection software, but unfortunately your site would not allow me to set up the account through my email. I think BestBuy needs to review it's site to ensure that all purchases are easier for anyone to complete their orders.

Having bought the Samsung Tab A10.1 then the Galaxy S3 9.7 it was time to upgrade to the S5e, all purchased at Best Buy. The screen on the S3 had faded from the YouTube videos. I like the metal back on the S5e, along with the keyboard Folio. The AMOLED Screen is beautiful. Very satisfied customer.

I have dozens of Samsung products over the years from micro sd card to tv's . Never had an issue with Samsung products until now. I bought the Samsung S5E for a replacement of my Samsung S3. Overall it is a great tablet and suits my needs. However I immediately noticed a wifi connectivity issue and over the next few weeks went on Samsung forum to find resolution since this item was just released in the US. I called Samsung and the went through troubleshooting also to no avail. Finally they said to send it in and the would repair or replace within 7 business days. The repair was escalated to replacement. The problem is that Samsung Case management refuses to answer their phone. I have held for 5 hours other time 3-4 hours with them never answering after being transferred. I have tried emails with no success. Don't take my word for it check the BBB for Samsung and they have a F . Best Buy is good but Samsung Customer Service is atrocious!

picked up for my mom and LOVES it. sadly she has dexterity issues and has trouble turning it on and off. other than that, she loves her tablet. we use the otterbox defender case with this and it's holding up. i recommend getting this case with it.

I'm not tech savvy...still getting to learn about it...like that it's very light weight...it has a lot to offer...my best purchase worth the money. My family said I bought a good one...said they need to upgrade after seeing mine...it probably does a lot...I just haven't reached that level yet...

Took a while to get used to not having continual internet connection due to wanting to pay off outright & not have 2 year contract with cell phone provider. Doing this it did not have their chip in it. After multiple trips to BB and also cell phone provider finally got phone set up as hotspot now when traveling don't have to rely on intermittent non secure free public wifi only.

I use Apple for my work but since stay at home and work at home most of the people working at home use Android. Had to get something to learn Android and fix problems staff and students were having. I really like the tablet and a great alternative to a laptop.

This is a great tablet. A protective cover is definitely recommended since it is so thin and somewhat fragile. The only con is that it sometimes takes several "pokes" on the screen before the input is recognized. This is just the opposite of my previous Samsung Tab S, which was way too touch-sensitive. Otherwise, Samsung has hit a home run with this tablet.

I love it it the best Samsung tablet at Bestbuy. It work amazingly perfect, it work great with everything you name it. Anyone who want to buy Samsung tablet I would recommend buy this one it the best in the world from Bestbuy. I love it, my sister love it too.

Purchased as a gift for wifey.She is tough on tablets,computers anything that requires electricial supply.She has destroyed a fire tablet, laptop,IPad4 (1)Desktop & 2 smart phones.Told her that this is the last item that requires technology for it too far advanced for her.

The screen is vivid and the sound is good, but the performance just isn't there. It lags a bit and it loses the WIFI connection. I like to hold tablets in landscape mode. This one seems like it is meant to be vertice. It feels like my hands cover the antenna. ATT service could be part of the problem. It's beautiful, but frustrating. This was an open box, so it may be defective. I am returning. My wife has a Fire HD and it performs better.
