I loved the tablet but I to ended up returning it. I thought it was sim card capable but it's not. I returned it for the Galaxy s5e.

Bought this a while ago and it hasn't given me any trouble so I am happy with it besides it keeps the kids busy.

I purchased this to replace another tablet. I needed to get a new SIM card because my old one didn't fit. My mobile service sent me another. I got it down to nano size, and can't get it to fit in the SIM card slot. There is NOTHING YET on the internet (Samsung website, YouTube) that can help. I finally called my Mobile provider tech support, they couldn't help, and neither could Samsung Tech Support. Samsung sent me to UBreakIFix, and they couldn't get the card to fit either. They said I need to go to Samsung Store, but that's 20+ miles aways, and there is a quarantine, so I can't to that. I also found out that there's no way to access my Data plan through this tablet.

This has the power and, because of the pen, the precision for great mobile gaming. It's light weight and extremely portable.

Got home today and tried to turn it on and nothing! Worked fine at work. While it worked it was fine, but this is the first time I've experienced a piece of equipment just die. Yesterday was the last day I could return it. :o( Oh well, things happen sometimes. I won't buy another though.
