Replaced my old Tab with this one. A good tablet but has one main flaw. The tablet will not always stay connected to WIFI. The connection will occasionally come back by switching WIFI off and back on, but not always. Apparently I am not the only user who has had this problem.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 has exceeded my expectations in just about every way. The tablet is thin and light. The screen is spectacular and bright. Performance is as good as it gets with a tablet. Battery life: I am quite happy with the battery life. As a test I turned the screen brightness all the way up and looped an HD video. The tablet lasted 13 hours before getting down to 5% battery life. So you can use this tablet all day long, even if you are using it pretty much constantly. S Pen: Frankly, I didn't think I would like or use the S pen, but it works so well it has now taken the place of my finger! I found myself wanting to use the S Pen over my finger just about all the time. In particular, I was blown away with how well the S Pen works to take hand written notes, and even more surprised that Samsung Note can read my chicken scratches and translate that into text. This tablet is perfect for taking notes. The S Pen is held onto the back of the tablet with magnets in a little groove. I really don't like this design and found it difficult to get the S Pen to snap into place. It has to be at just the right location to be held on the tablet, and I find I have to look at the back side of the tablet just to get the S Pen to stay on, which it doesn't do all that well either. I would much rather have had a slightly wider tablet with a pocket for a perhaps slightly thinner S Pen. All in all I am extremely happy with this tablet!

This Galaxy Tab S6 tablet is so great! I struggle between wanting a laptop or wanting a tablet, and with this, I feel like I have both all in one. I travel out of town a lot, so being able to use video chats to keep in touch with my family is very important to me. The camera feature is amazing and my family is able to see me so clearly it's like I'm home with them. I love that there's even a wide and an ultra wide camera in the back. I can take phenomenal photos just like if I were to use a professional camera. I also am really enjoying the S pen that is included. It's very easy to use and much more precise than just using your finger. I love that most of the time you don't necessarily have to touch the pen to the screen and if you just hover over it works too. Using the motion of the pen is very cool and convienet as well, along with clicking the button once or twice as well to go back or select things. The pen itself is magnetic and charges just from being connected magnetically to the back of the tablet. I LOVE this feature. It charges very quick in my opinion as well and it holds that charge well! My only complaint is that sometimes the magnet will attach on the wrong side of the pen, making it "attach" to the tablet, however it doesn't charge in this position. You need to double check that the correct spot is attached to the tablet (the grey oval part on the pen) and that it's charging correctly. (You'll also know it's charging correctly when the tablet buzzes and alerts you that it's charging the pen.) The space on this tablet is great! I love that you can choose different sized GB that will fit your needs as well as add an SD card when needed. (The SD slot is almost hidden it's so sleek. Which I love! I don't have to worry about it getting bumped an having it fall out or something. It only open up when you use the special metal "key") All in all if you like using tablets as well as laptops this Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 would be a great option for you! I highly recommend it for students, people who travel, or just people who like the convenience of being able to get up and go!

Beautiful tablet, excellent built, perfect form factor, but... The display has an horrible green cast to it, display is very reflective with causes issues, the pen is excellent and accurate, but I would recommend an iPad Air instead.

Great tablet, good price, but low screen refresh rate.
