This was sold to us without a total understanding of our usage needs. We returned it before we could really use it.

The first one i bought would not boot up. I returned it to Best Buy and gladly replaced it. The second one has a problem with intermittent blackouts. The blackouts are quick, it just blinks black screen for a second or two. Makes it very frustrating to type when the screen continues to blink. I may have to return this one too. Best Buy was great from ordering to curbside service.

Not as good or fluid as an iPad. Price for product was kind of high although was cheapest at Best Buy

even though I don't like the position of the pen, I love the device and it works great.

Purchased this tablet back in December 2019. For the last months, I really enjoyed using the tablet. While clearly limited in some ways compared to an Apple iPad Pro, I was happy with the gorgeous OLED display and the apps I truly needed on a regular basis. Just this week, the tablet went completely BLACK out of nowhere and without warning. I just updated to Android 10 so I'm curious if that had something to do with it. Either way, I called Samsung and they now insist on a IMEI number which of course is inaccessible because the screen doesnt turn on. The whole customer support process left me very sour and I think I will just stick with Apple in the future. I hope this item can be fixed but right now I'm not very confident. Very disappointing.

It is slow, doesn't have some of the features and capabilities that my note8 phone has. I don't like the placement of volume buttons on same side as power. I dont like that o cant turn screen on with the home button like my note8 let's me. I was hoping for a larger faster version of my phone. I like my phone better.

this item is good, however it is a little pricey on the keyboard and book cover

A good price on sale, as good as an iPad for sure. Needs to be bigger.

Love it but its not exactly what I wanted. I was trying to use it for art.

Everything works great but the battery runs out within 2 hours. New device too.

Nice and sleek but provides little protection against bumps or drops.

Ipad pro the way to go, the screen is not nearly as good.

The S pen is useless. Unless you're doing super detailed drawings, using your finger works just fine. Also, it's annoying to have it on the back of the tablet. And it easily gets knocked off. I took it off, put it in a drawer, and haven't used it since. The tablet its self is too heavy, and slippery. The finish on the metal makes it slip out of my hand. The Samsung software is annoying. Their apps want you to use a samsung account. I don't want yet another account. And you can't uninstall or disable the phone or texting apps, even though this isn't a phone! All of Samsung's changes to Android are more annoying than helpful.

When it works it is great. BUT the screen frequently freezes and I have to turn the screen off and then back on or restart. I will be interested to see if my review is posted.
