I've had a Samsung S tablet since ths beginning of the S series. I was pretty confident that I wanted to stick with the S when it was time for an upgrade. I'm glad I did! The S Pen works like a dream - very responsive. The tablet is sleek and light weight - so easy to transport. But the display! The crispness and clarity of the display startles me every time I open up the book cover! I recommend this tablet without hesitation.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Got it so I could try out drawing on a tablet, but I also wanted it for normal use (Netflix and whatnot) the screen quality is nice, ideal for drawing and watching videos. I do recommend a screen protector though. Battery life lasts all day. Touch screen is pretty accurate and sensitive. I like drawing on it, the pen is very handy and it's a big working surface.

I love this tablet. It is fast, and the pen is extremely handy for taking written notes on ONE Note that you can later convert to text if you need to. This tablet excels at gaming as well, PUBG, and Fortnight run at MAX frames at MAX quality. The screen quality is also sublime and excellent for viewing movies or streaming shows. The only downside is that this tablet was made to be so slim and compact that there is no headphone jack.

Even though this model is a year old, it still has enough horsepower (especially with this higher end with larger RAM) to fly through applications. The screen is simply gorgeous to behold, and the Dolby Atmos quad speakers are amazing and firing on all cylinders! I got a fantastic deal on this table at Christmas time, and couldn't be happier with this Android tablet, Samsung for the win!!

Some positives and negatives. Major negative right off the bat, is that it does not have a port found headphones. I found this to be a cheap shot for Samsung in forcing you to purchase an adapter (Shame on you) The pen is excellent and like the tablet, has a fair life before needing charging. I found purchasing a case that is not the one official by Samsung saves you money and still is functional. Samsung you are turning into a company like apple, is that what you really want? Take a hard look at your Pay to Win methods, it's making you look like a cash cow company going out of business, not a long term company looking to keep customers.

I wanted a new tablet. My Samsung S4 was starting to use up the battery faster and faster and I was looking for something shiny and new. So.... Microsoft started dropping prices on the Surface Pro 6. A lovely enough tablet, but it was really just like my Spectre 360 and it didn't shine where I needed it to, so I took it back. Then, Apple kept dropping their iPad prices. I wanted to see what the excitement was all about. I didn't get it. I took it back. I waited for the new Samsung. I knew it was expensive. I maxed it out. And I could get pink! I am a geeky old lady, after all! It comes in blue and grey, as well. There was a price break on the keyboard and also a gift card. I was happy, because, did I mention -- the tablet was expensive? The tablet has DeX, which I have not explored yet. The tablet also comes with a stylus. And, a handy place to stow it. The original Galaxy Tab S4 had the stylus, but no place to keep it. I lost it for a year. The Tab S6 is beautiful all around. It has a magnificent display and really nice speakers. I usually don't even notice speakers, but these actually blew out a bit of air! I know people spend more time on their phones doing their mobile computing, but I am happier using a large tablet for most of my work. I can read on it and watch movies. I can still use my phone, but I prefer my tablet. And, I prefer Android. I know that puts me in the minority in the tablet/phone/laptop world. I do use a Windows laptop for my card-making and design work. If you are a fan of Android, it may be worth checking out out this tablet for a gorgeous display, great speakers and fast response.

Well built, easy to use, fast, nice display, nice pen. However...the pen isn't very secure in that it's held in place with a magnet that isn't particularly strong, so the pen comes off fairly easily. You'll want to get a case or cover that includes some other means to secure the pen like a holster or a flap to cover it like the Samsung cover has otherwise you'll probably lose the pen.

I haven't had the Galaxy Tab S6 for too long but it's been great so far. I bought this tablet for my daughter who has had a Verizon Ellipsis for a couple years, which is beginning to fail. The Galaxy Tab is a step up for her since she is headed to middle school. The tablet itself operates smoothly. It starts up fairly quickly. The camera feature is really nice and takes great pictures. Lots of storage (256 GB). Bright screen. Love the Cloud Blue color! I bought a keyboard cover for it. The downside to the keyboard cover is that the cover must be fully folded back to disable the keys; otherwise, the keys will activate certain applications if pressed while trying to use the tablet as a tablet. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack; must use a USB C to 3.5mm adapter to connect wired headphones (which is a downer if one wants to charge the tablet while listening to tunes via wired headphones). No issue if using Bluetooth headphones. Overall, this is a nice tablet loaded with features. I highly recommend.

Bought my tab s6 back in December last year and I can't find one complaint. I take that there is one, no Jack outlet for ear buds. Other than that it fast easy to use, the four speakers sound great. The screen resolution is fantastic. It is a far cry better than my old tad s4 which I had for five years. Over all this tablet is great, I can see my s6 for a long time.

Had this tablet for a year now and it is pretty great and lives up to the expectations. This tablet has been pretty great to use for college as it fulfills a lot of things I wanted from a tablet coming from the IPad Pro. Few things I liked include: The screen type which is Super AMOLED. The S pen has a soft tip which makes it feel great when writing notes, theres a software feature that creates sound when you are writing to make it sound realistic which was neat using samsung notes. Small form factor makes it great for me to carry around with ease. Few Cons: only 60 hertz refresh rate (some may care while others wont), the spen is flat that comes with the tablet (again some may not care, I personally love it but it does not represent a traditional pencil), there's not much great writing apps (compared to my IPAD experience) besides samsung notes available. When using this for drawing or writing some apps have a weird zooming/panning issue. Overall, it is a good tablet for the price (also the pen comes with it too)!

Great performance, speed, suitable for AR-type games. The tablet has so much availability and great storage capacity. The S-Pen is really helpful when typing a lot of subjects. Great size and comfortable to use; takes a long time to decrease battery and fast charging. Very decent price, it's worth the pay!

Samsung came out with a winner in their new Tab 6 tablet. It is lightweight. The tablet can perform like a laptop but you can carry it around like a tablet. The keyboard costs extra but it has a trackpad for a great gaming experience. The processor is fast making it easy to switch between apps and tasks. I would highly recommend thus tablet!

First off I will say this is the nicest android tablet I've used, the device feels solid, the back is metal and feels cold to touch and the screen is lovely. The speakers are loud and the battery lasts for ages. The s-pen is a nice addition too. Android isn't massively locked down so you can do some cool things not possible on other manufactures devices. All those things considered though, there are some negatives, I struggle to find things I would do with it I wouldn't rather do on my laptop or phone. I have a galaxy s10 phone and this is very similar though it does seem like the tab s6 is not so well supported in some aspects, for instance it hasn't received this months security update unlike my phone. It would probably seem more useful if more apps were configured to take advantage of the extra screen space but many aren't (best buy's own app for instance only works in portrait mode). Those that are often have inconsistencies that annoy (for instance facebook throws you into portrait for sign in). My bank's app crashed when I used it. I suspect it would feel much more useful with the Samsung keyboard case but its prohibitively expensive, especially when I think it should come with it given that dex is one of the big selling points of the tablet. All those things considered would I buy it again? Probably, at the price I did, but then I got it at a mega reduction. If it were full price I would say not. Maybe things will be better after a few more updates from app manufacturers and Samsung/ google. We will have to see. Shame about the case though.

This is my 3rd Samsung tablet and they get better each time. The battery life is really good, the processing is fast, the screen is phenomenal as well as the sound. Unlike some tablets there is no problem transferring files from a flash drive via the USB C port. All and all a great tablet at a reasonable price

Purchased this for my husband. He loves it! Colors are vibrant. It’s light weight and fast. Pen is a bonus. I just wish the keyboard wasn’t so expensive. For the price one would think it would be included. I’m not convinced that the previous model wouldn’t have been just as good at this price point.

This tablet seems like Samsung has finally figured it out: it is very quick on its feet and there is a lot of room for music, photos, books, apps, etc. The screen is beautiful, too - the best I've seen in a tablet this size. Would recommend to a friend and frenemies, too.

Sadly I need to leave a negative review on this. Let me start off by making it clear that I am a Samsung guy and have been for MANY years. I have had Galaxy S phones, Note 5, Note 8 and now Note 10+. I prefer Android over the Apple ios only because I have more flexibility on what I can do to customize it. Although its been a few years since I've used ios, so it may be time to give it another try to see what has improved. Anyways, since I have a Note 10+, I wanted to get the Galaxy tab S6 to complement it and so I had something a little larger to read and watch shows on (eyes are getting old along with the rest of me). The unit itself is amazing, very fast, incredible picture quality, loud speakers, and of course the S pen feature. I have been happy with it and proud to show it off to all of my crApple fans in the family. So why the 2 stars? Last week I had it in its case and sitting on my lap while I was using it. I reached over and literally tapped the edge of the screen with my wedding ring. I didn't think anything of it at the time because it didn't feel like I hit it hard. A few minutes later I noticed something on the screen. After looking closer I see a huge crack in the glass that went from one side to the other. The crack was under the glass so you cannot feel it and you can barely see it when the screen is on. But when the screen is off it sticks out like a swollen eye. Now I know you're thinking "no way did you just tap it", but I kid you not that is all that happened. I myself was shocked and sick to my stomach at the damage that it caused. I have never cracked a screen on any of my phones or tablets in the past and to do this much damage with my ring?? Sure, maybe I should have put a screen protector on it. But again...never had to do that with any other Samsung products and I never cracked a screen before. So much for Gorilla Glass protection. The next day I started to call around and see if I could get it replaced. Knowing that it will always be "flawed" in my mind, but at least it wouldn't be visible to me. I recall going to a place to have my daughters iPhone screen repaired and it was about $100. That's a lot considering how much I just paid for it and what caused this much damage. So I was prepared to have to spend that much to get it fixed. What I learned was that nobody would touch it because it was too new and/or because the parts were too expensive. The one place that would fix it wanted $500. I chuckled on the phone and informed them that I can buy a new one today from Best Buy for LESS than what they wanted (on sale at the time). So now here I am, stuck with this great piece of technology that has a broken screen which honestly should not be broken. And all I can think about is how many times my wife has had silly problems with her iPhone and she takes it in only for them to give her a new one. Probably refurbished, but they took care of her nonetheless. I'm not jumping ship just yet, but I will strongly consider another Android product the next time I am in need of one.

Since last year i m expected have a tablet meet my expectation.I m not business users but need something simple and easy for what ever like learning music, make a note, multitask but not for take picture. The first thing attract me are this tablet has 4 speakers and tune by AKG.I use my AKG in ear come my s8 replaced my shure in ear monitor.I can hear youtube music clearly every instrument i cannot hear before especially the drum.Another things attract me make decision is the hardware performance and because it has book cover keyboard.I bought 256 capacity better than add extra chip.So now i retiret my desktop and clean my table with a large monitor. And retiret all others tablet.Because i have all in one tablet. The pen and the future is useful for me too.

Very impressed with this tablet. It was worth the higher price. With a fast processor, lots of memory and storage space, this is a responsive tablet compared to my old S3. The screen is beautiful. Samsung makes it easy to get data from old tablet onto the new one. That same utility program downloads and installs apps onto the new tablet that were on the old one. Very handy. Boot up time much faster than my S3. For the $400+ I paid for this tablet, I feel like I got my moneys worth. It is often worth waiting for a year or so to get a much better price. I put this tablet into a case for protection - lots of choices out there under $20.
