It's stopped working and won't turn on 3 weeks after we got it from the store!!!!

Love this device, use it for taking notes in classes and at work. Has given me no issues what so ever.

Great Tab! been using it for 4 years now couldn't find one fault. Works perfectly fine for daily usage for streaming video's, music and games as well. Graphics and sound is just amazing on this, it avoids the need of a external speaker. The sound effects are great! For music and movie.

Great experience Customer service was one of the best that I have ever received. Samsung galaxy Tab S7 still is working to this day

Zippy and powerful tablet. This is a replacement for an ebook-sized samsung tab and windows netbook, plus a kindle fire. As a grad student, the stylus is great for note-taking and design; and a bluetooth keyboard creates a capable mobile office. I dont know everything I can do with this device, but it's replaced three outdated devices for the price of one. I wish i could hack it to read my cellular data plan to really be mobile.

Works perfectly for drawing, which is what I purchased it for, holds a charge very well.

Hi, I want to get this device but I need to know is it possible to use an s-pen with a whiteboard on zoom or MS teams? So I want to draw something on the whiteboard and other guys to see that on the shared screen via Zoom or GoToMeeting or MS Teams. Is that possible ?

I've possessed this device for some time now and I offer the following advice: 1. If wish to use the Galaxy S7 as a small laptop, buy a small laptop rather than the S7. Preferably a true laptop having an SSD or hard drive which ill accomodate the use of meaningful software with the connections for peripheral equipment when needed. 2. If you wish to use the S7 as a calling device, by a cellphone. I base these recommendations on my experience with the device. It's a toy and a frustrating one at that regarding the setup of functions. Useful functions are few. The "Manual" is sorely lacking in definitive explanations. Software updates are frequent and annoying. The Bixby Personal Assistant should be standing in the unemployment line. I will not go into the issues around using the S-pen, but they are many and more negative than positive. But enough of criticism. On the bright side I own a big stack of electronic Post-It paper and in a pinch I can use the device as a paper weight. Oh yes, I forgot to mention the device is quite capable of performing as an E-reader with the right software installed(for much less cost a Kindle would do as much). Look elsewhere for the hardware of your dreams.

I bought this tablet open boxed, but in excellent condition. I specifically chose this tablet because it was supposed to come with the S Pen. Needless to say it was literally just the tablet. No box (no big deal), no power cords (minor inconvenience) and NO S PEN. Super not happy about that. Make it right.

Do not buy this tablet. Save your money. The charging port are poor quality and sensitive. Contacted samsung about the warentee and they sent me my tablet back with screws missing and everything disconnected and told me to buy a new one.
