Screen Defect - Three New Tablets all same issue.

Unfortunately, I had to get the tablet exchanged twice because of the same issue with the screen. Three parts of the screen (middle left, 2/3 left, right bottom) do not register my pen. I've reset the software and got on the phone with a Samsung representative on the phone for over an hour. This is a hardware issue. I have to write around those three defect areas. Other than the screen defect, the speed, color, sound are great and impressive. However, the main purpose of purchasing a tablet is to write on the screen; the screen defective is a huge part of disruption as a user. The current tablet I have is the third one exchanged and will exchange once again due to the same issue. I really hoped this worked out.

Good job with the upgrades Samsung!
