It's not what I was expecting. I'm old and old school. I prefer my good old computer. The geek squad kid that set it up for me, put so many passwords in to my e-mail he totally locked me out. I have to use a very old Stream to get my e-mail.

My wife took it over and I'm stuck with her old one, guess I should have gotten two. I wouldn't get anything but a Samsung.

Love the item. Not many options for cases and protections. Working in the construction filed it would be better to have a more working friendly case then an office friendly case.m

I wish I can give 5 stars as I had a good brand image of Samsung. Unfortunately, I had to get the tablet exchanged twice because of the same issue with the screen. Three parts of the screen (middle left, 2/3 left, right bottom) do not register my pen. I've reset the software and got on the phone with a Samsung representative on the phone for over an hour. This is a hardware issue. I have to write around those three defect areas. Other than the screen defect, the speed, color, sound are great and impressive. However, the main purpose of purchasing a tablet is to write on the screen; the screen defective is a huge part of disruption as a user. The current tablet I have is the third one exchanged and will exchange once again due to the same issue. I really hoped this worked out.
