Was a little disappointed I had to wait for the tablet.

I purchased a new tablet. I bought one last July, dropped it and screen turned different colors. I have total tech support. Was told Samsung change screen replacement policy. I was not happy I have bought a desktop and now 2 tablets since last January.

I really do love it but the pen is very easy to lose.

Returned it as it did not do what I needed it to do.

I am having a problem with scanning lottery tickets.

The tablet overall is ok, and nothing stands out as far as performance. I had several issues with the functionality of this product while working in the field, taking notes and pictures. It would change the order of my notes to accommodate inserting images which caused loss of time, not to mention lack of professionalism in front of the customer. If you are using this for a home situation or videos, it would be perfect; for everyday use outside that, I would look at Apple Pro or Zebra, depending on the application. Research before you buy and make sure it can and will handle what you through at it.

Got this for my GF and its been alright apart from the fact that an update broke the processor and it had to go in for repair.

I was really looking forward to using this tablet. I’ve got an S2 &S3, both of which still work great, but apps are no longer updating to these tabs. Anyhow, the S7 is a beautiful machine, and fast. Unfortunately, every time I try to use it, it takes down my Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router, and hence my whole network. Very frustrating. I’ve tried everything, but the problem remains. So, I’ll be returning it, and just use my iPad 11 ProMax tab.

The guy was a great salesman but he lied about the service plan! He told me they repair this product in house and that if its not able to be repaired they would replace it! Both untrue. You dont fix them in house and if you cant repair it you give me a credit of the amount i spent on the tab. Like i said he was a great salesman. Luckily the repair didnt take as long as they said it would. Shout out the repair center! But the poin of purchase not a good look!

Bought it used and for some reason it has no imei number so couldn't connect to my wireless carrier. Other then that had a scratch on the back but seems to operate fine. Beautiful display and very useful features. I do plan on buying another Galaxy product mostly likely the Galaxy book pro.

Very glitchy... have a hard time going up to WiFi automatically.

Had two apps that was installed didn't work Weather ànd Notes doesn't work

The total experience of the galaxy tab 57, has been very poor is all the images show up as negatives. I'm sure there is one button to be found. I pushed in order to remedy this, but I have not been able to find it. Please send me an email with a help link in order to rectify the situation.

So far average no more comments never did receive my 29.99 gift for this purchase

Sometimes the stylus works, sometimes it doesn't. Not very impressed.

It is ok. Would not purchase again, im not into the tablet.
