The tablet is great! I recommend this product!!!!!!

it didnt work for me returned and Bought an ipad instead.

I have been anxious about telling someone how great an addition this tablet is to my day to day life. I figured I'd just write a review. The screen size is perfect for me and display quality is phenomenal. Once you go 120hz there's no going back. I love the fact that I can charge this in my car, at home, in the office with just a usb c phone charger. For my use case, the battery lasts whole day. Compared to my surface book laptop, this is extremely convenient. This is an entertainment powerhouse. I used to watch Netflix on my phone. Now I use the tablet for it. The pen and the Samsung notes app are really good. I mean really good. I love taking notes on the fly. You can take notes on the lock screen. This tablet wins from the point of view of convenience in so many different use cases. I use it to read on kindle. I haven't used e readers and the fact that I have a phone, tablet and a laptop, I don't find it useful to buy another gadget just to read books. This one is great. Kindle app works well on the Tab s7. If you have a Samsung phone as well, you can set up tethering and the tab will connect with your phone's internet almost as soon as you unlock your tablet. Fingerprint sensor is blazing fast. I tried using the face unlock. It doesn't work in the dark or at weird angles. Windows Hello (and I assume Apple face unlock) are way better. I don't like my galaxy s10+ in-display fingerpring scanner so I am glad this one has it on the power button. I really like the quad speakers. Great sound for a tablet. If the use case works out, I might get rid of my surface book and just stick with this tablet and get an external display to attach to this tablet when at home. I bought an open box fair condition one which didn't have a stylus (bought one off Amazon). The tablet cost $445+ tax and it came with a $50 Best Buy gift card. I like Best Buy for this.

I simply can't function without this tablet! The Perfect size for every day use. And trust me when I say I use it for all my needs. I prefer it to using my laptop. I use it for web surfing to streaming or business needs.

bought a galaxy tab S7 128GB with S pen wi fi verizon 5G, Supposedly able to be verizon compatible only to find out it wasn't. Geek squad was extremely helpful but to no avail, Best buy tech nice but never found out who had the missing pen AND don't know if she cleared the pad of all my wife's info. someone else could get that info. no one could answer that. no proof it was done. not happy with this visit except for Geek squad.

Ordered the "Open Box-Excellent" version which is guaranteed to have all accessories. Did not come with cable or AC adapter. Also within 12 hours of ordering they reduced the price by $100 and refused to allow me to cancel or get a price match. Customer service rep then ended the conversation abruptly without a resolution. Now Best Buy wants to charge me $20 to return it without the AC adapter that they didn't even give me.

Garbage..wanted exchanged..denied..broke when got ?still broke still ... ..never buy from them

Not worth the price. Aspect ration is very strange - the whole tablet feels very long and narrow. The Ipad is much better.

Product I got has a lot of issues and it started about a month ago, I tried sending it back to the manufacture but they did not fix it. I am so sad about this bc I was really enjoying it and it worked great for drawing but the repeating reboot has gotten too much to the point where I can't even use it.

I purchased a NEW 10"Samsung Pad. What I got instead was a used or refurbished one, missing user's guide. This is not good business practice. Fortunately I was reimbursed the total amount paid, but the shopping experience was deplorable and will affect future costly purchases I make with Best Buy, if any!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE MY SAMSUNG S7 TABLET IT IS USELESS. SAMSUNG WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING THAT WILL COMPETE WITH A SURFACE PRO. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISATISFIED WITH A PURCHASE AT BEST BUY OR ANY WHERE, AS I AM WITH MY SAMSUNG S7 TABLET

Automatic software update killed the tablet. wont charge or turn on, walked through reset procedures with Samsung service, and it still does not work. A technician will have to look at it (for a fee, of course)

I bought the tablet exactly 6 months ago and it just stopped working. A product that costs $500.00 should last a lot longer. I'm very disappointed in Samsung

Every since I bought this tablet I have had to go to one of your Best Buy stores to have them to reset the sound. I am very unhappy with this tablet. Thank you, Beverly Gray

Sales representative did not listen to want I wanted and needed. Representative was not knowledgeable about different tablets.

This tablet is honestly the best for the price. It very quick it opens app much quicker than my ipad. The screen is very smooth with that new 120 hertz screen the speaker is amazing i think it sounds better than the ipad pro to be honest and the screen is pretty good it charges pretty quick IF YOU use a better charger the charger that comes with it is kinda slow but the battery life is amazing on it too i watched videos and played some games and got at least 10 hours of battery life and it doesnt get very hot while your playing too

Perfect size tablet, very high quality led display, very compact and light portable. Easy to wipe screen. Bright display, sensitive and very responsive touch screen. Bought two and definitely love the product. Been using Samsung for decades.

Very good tab had it for 4 years no issues Very thing still works great

if you return the item they will take 29.99 for something you didn't buy (software)

I haven't been able to get into it or figure out how to get help from samsung
