This is a nice tablet for some art apps, easy YouTube video watching, and traveling. The S pen took a while for me to get used to, but I like it a lot. The battery life is pretty good for the tablet, but not so much for the pen. The pen seems to fall off pretty easily and only charges when in a certain orientation. The nibs also seem to wear out very quickly

all the media tablet you need. Not for intensive workflows like video editing. But decent for casual sketching and photo work. S-pen functionalities are not on par with Apple Pencil, but doesn't mean they aren't good. Writing and drawing are way above average. Note taking especially is very good. Screen is made my Samsung and is best in class.

This is a great tablet with an unbelievable screen. The resolution and 120hz refresh rate make it a joy to use. It hasn't slowed down no matter how many apps I've had open. The only thing I would say isn't the best are the cameras, but you shouldn't really base your opinion on a tablets camera anyway. I also have the Samsung keyboard case which basically turns it into a laptop, which I would highly recommend if you can get it for a good price. The battery on the tablet lasts a long time and the s pen works great. If you're in the market for a high end Android tablet, look no further.

Amazing tablet. The screen is huge and gorgeous. Everything runs beautifully, very snappy response time. The S- Pen is Awesome, both for all of the built in features, but also how fantastic using it to screen write is. I filled out a couple very lengthy forms by opening them in Samsung Notes and just writing on the lines. Obviously you don't get the fern to paper tactile feedback, but the per works so well that my handwriting looks the same on the screen as it would with pen and paper. There are also multitudes of customization options, and thetablet and plame connect so seamlessly though the Samsung Flow app that half the time I connect just to enjoy well executed design. The keyboard case, whether in Dex, or just tablet mode is also very nice. For my luses, this tablet has replaced my laptop in a lot of instances.

iPad Pro 12.9 or Tab S7 Plus 12.4"?

Well, the question becomes, what do you use your device for the most?
Right now it comes down to media consumption, I love the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. The bright OLED Screen, great sound and decent specs make this thing a beautiful machine to watch and consume media on.
The iPad Pro 12.9' (2019-2020) - just has that 4:3 aspect ratio, not many shows are available to stream let alone view in that aspect anymore. Sure, you can get the nice cropped bars at top and bottom, but who want's to pay for 100% of a device and constantly use 60% of the screen?
If you just want to watch media like Netflix, Hulu, Plex, VLC or such, this is a beast.
I've watched full BluRay, UHD BluRay, HDR+ Content, they all look beautiful. When you connect to a power outlet, put it on a stand and just fall asleep watching your favorite movies the S7 Plus pulls so far ahead.
When you compare the two next to each other, it makes Apples Display look terrible on the iPad Pro 12.9 (2019-2020).
After seeing the 2021 iPad Pro review at 1600nit peak brightness and 1000 nit sustained... well, get your sunglasses out. This compared to the 2021 iPad Pro is about to make us all blind.
Pros:
Color - beautiful
Sound - Loud AF
Weight - Light AF
Power - Stays charged through some marathon BluRay Streaming
Cons:
Pricey (799 for a media machine isn't what everyone can afford)
Sharp Corners - Dunno why they cut into (not literally) my hands
Android (Not the OS, just that my favorite application Infuse Pro is an IOS Only App. Plex is Nice, but I LOVE InFuse)
Closing: Honestly, pre-iPad Pro 2021 announcement, if I could have the hardware on iOS I would be 100% satisfied.
If you're on the fence about a media machine... no doubt the Galaxy Line has always provided a sweet OLED Experience. It's still to be seen if MiniLED is the future or OLED still king.
I still will probably pick up the Galaxy Tab S8+ or whatever comes out next. I just don't want to give up that 16:9'ish ratio. It's just too gorgeous.
Coming from an Apple Only user (MacBook Pro, Watch, Phone, iPad's) This device was an easy buy for my single purpose of using it to sit on my night stand for me to watch a show to so I didn't have to turn on the TV and blind my partner in the room while she tried to sleep.

It's a great product, very versatile. The battery life allows you to use it all day for additional cakes or design. The brightness and blacks of its image are very good. The pencil charges in 30 seconds and its battery lasts quite a while. I recommend it 100%.

I bought this for school and some gaming on the side. I was expecting this to just "do the job" and I must admit that I severely underestimated just how great this device is! This device has a beautiful screen, great sound and awesome battery life among other things. My favorite thing about this device of course is how well Samsing DEX works on this device. When I am juggling numerous assignments while recording and playing videos this feature helps me stay organized by giving me a PC like format to work with. In terms of gaming, im finding most games I play to look great and seem to maintain a stable framework despite some hectic action at times. Definitely would recommend this device.

This tablet is everything I had hoped it would be for creating digital artwork & editing photos. Even though I did not get the configuration with the increased Ram, it is very fast. Even things like updates. Of course the tablet I had been using is basically little more than a big paper weight at times. The screen is vibrant and colors look so good. The SPen is so easy to use. It is like I went from using a manual typewriter for writing and a blackboard with big chunky chalk to draw with to now using something that gets things done with so much less effort. I am very happy with this tablet & being an "open box" in excellent condition I saved quite a bit of $.

I last owned a tablet back in 2014, back when I was in high school, and was being introduced to new ways of taking notes and doing things instead of pen and paper. I remember owning an iPad 2, which served its purpose and started to slow down some years later. It was an awful experience, and I swore to myself I would never purchase a tablet ever again. At the time, I never fully understood the use of having such a giant screen and what I would need a huge "phone" for.
That being said, I was thinking about upgrading my laptop for this next semester of college, as my old laptop got rather sluggish. I tried my hardest to avoid searching for a tablet or opening tabs regarding tablets. I really did. Eventually, I gave in and saw this device and saw that there was only one in stock. I said; screw it, and just purchased it. I did not read any of the specifications; I just saw the screen and the sleek design and went for it. I could not be happier.
This device runs smoothly and feels great to consume media or browse the internet. This device could fit between a giant phone and a laptop, assuming you buy the $200 keyboard case. Of course, being a student and being careful with expensive products, I also shelled out the cash to get the case. The keyboard feels cheap, but the look of it compliments the tablet nicely. All shortcuts you would expect work on a PC, work on the tablet—two-finger scrolling, three fingers for desktop, etc. The pen feels nice, and it feels like I am writing on some smooth and slippery paper. I have had no issues with it, and the latency is perfection. You will only ever see the latency if you purposely hunt for it by drawing a line very quickly across the screen. Even then, it isn't easy to catch.
Having Samsung Dex on this thing completes the package. You can call it a gimmick, but I have felt right at home with it. If only there was a way to include USB ports on this device...but then it would defeat the point of it being thin and light. IF there was one thing I HAD to COMPLAIN about, it would be the RAM size for this specific model. The 128GB model only comes with 6GB of RAM, which is embarrassing considering the price point and how much RAM Samsung likes to throw into their smartphones. You'd need to shell out even more cash and opt for the 256GB version to get 8GB.
So, I gave tablets another shot; and I am glad I did. This is one of the best purchases I have made in 2022 and most likely will remain one of the best for the rest of the year. I could have gone for the S8 Ultra, but the screen is far too big for my liking. I like portability and options; the latter does not provide.
The S7+ will NEVER replace a proper laptop, but it sure as hell is a lot more comfortable to use! No laptop will grant you the freedom to lay down and watch YouTube videos without the feeling of having an oven on your chest. No laptop with even the best SSD can beat the speed that this device will turn on and be ready to go. Each device has its advantages and disadvantages. But, if you are debating between the S7+ and a laptop, and it fits your workflow, get it. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

This tablet has been excellent for art and multi-tasking!
Its large but light weight. The picture is beautiful and I can play 4k videos from our trips very smooth. I took it to Japan and it was great to use to transfer files from a camera to a flash drive. Didn’t need to bring our laptop this time because of it. I was able to edit the video files and save it to the drive so I kept our footage organized. Just needed to buy a small hub to do this. Its wonderful to study on and i love i can create different user accounts so i can keep my personal account and work/study account separate.

So… I’m 100% a Mac and my husband is 100% a PC. We were both getting new tablets, but my iPad had to wait for my second bonus. I have been using his Samsung until then and I LOVE this tablet. It is perfect for literally anything and the screen is just massive. I love the pen so much for coloring and drawing. It’s responsive and easy to use. I swear the battery lasts literally days. With fast charging, it takes no time at all to get back to 100% when it is low. All in all, a very nice piece of technology!

Watch Marques Brownlee's YouTube review for a good once over the features of this tablet BUT I will say that the screen (120hz) and battery (10,000 mAh) of this tablet are absolutely amazing. An absolute contender against the best iPads, especially when paired with the very convenient Samsung keyboard case. That back of that case protects the S-Pen from when the tablet is set down on a surface and the keyboard magnetically connects and powers from the bottom side of the tablet. I would not buy this tablet without that Samsung keyboard case.

I initially purchased the Tab S7 FE because I primarily needed it for work. Overall it was a great tab. But I couldn't deal with the 60hz display despite the TFT display being actually very nice. All my other devices displays are 120hz so I could not "live" with the 60hz scrolling.
I would still highly recommend the FE as it is a fantastic midrange tablet.
I ended up getting this because of the 120hz and the amoled display. I got lucky where I ended up getting the 7+ for cheaper than the FE with some rewards and a Best Buy Deal of the day price drop.
