Finds it to be more user friendly . Its the perfect size and weight for her. Not much of a learning curve needed. Lots on new stuff to try and it works in the real world.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with his credit card. The guy who helped us was very helpful and sweet. Even after the store was closed, he still managed to help us . We really appreciate all the help!!

The 128GB memory is small but good enough for my needs. Glad Samsung has kept the micro SD expandable port on the Galaxy tablets.

I'm so in love with my new tablet. It turned out to be so much more useful than I expected. I use it all day for note taking at work then play games and draw on it for the rest of the day.

Not disappointed at all.

It's been really great for that as well as light web usage and casual gaming. Highly recommend getting a case that holds the s-pen.

Even if I do some gaming on this thing, I have to charge it at the end of the day. On an iPad it would last me the next day. The S-pen is flimsy and even if I put it on a case it still was very defective.

Got it back about 2 weeks later. The screen is broken. When the screen is on but dark, there are blue streaks where it should be black. Samsung support has been playing games with me for the last 4 hours, trying blame UPS, putting me on hold, hanging up on me, etc. So: Battery life: non-existent. Durability: broke within 2 months. broken on repair. Display: broken. Please don't purchase this device. Just get an iPad or a Microsoft tablet instead. Something that works.
