The cashier was really nice the but the employee who was sent to “help me” didn’t want to he had this surprised Look on his face when I said I wanted to buy a ssd that was locked up he took so long to get the key a different employee came to asked if I needed help again which I finally got when I asked a second time

I only dislike as the battery does NOT hold a charge. I started with 99% at 9:48am and by 6pm it was at 4%. That was day 2 after I had done a full charge.. Other than the battery, I really do like it. I'm trying to get used to using a pen to do some projects.

Wanted him to be able to use his apps and surf the web on a larger screen. I'm an iPhone user but it was pretty easy for me to figure out how to transfer his info from phone to tablet. He really enjoys using it. I don't think he uses the s-pen much but I like it--it has a nicer feeling than my Apple Pencil.

The design of the tablet is sleek and visually appealing. At first I didn't like the fact that the pen only charges on the back, but I've gotten used to it and now it doesn't really bother me. I got a case for it that holds on to the pen while it's on the back so that it doesn't potentially fall off which saves me the anxiety of wondering whether or not my pen is still there. The pen doesn't come with replacement tips and what I've been told is that you have to order tips from another seller if it breaks. Other than that, the pen is highly customizable and comes with many bells and whistles that make your experience smoother and more efficient. Overall, a good purchase.
