(Pros) It has: - Great, smooth, vivid display, with a high refresh rate. - Great software, tons of accessibility features, baked-in programs to utilize the S-pen - Amazing battery life with nearly 2 days of full usage without needing to recharge. ( Minumum 20+ hours of usage - Durable, I dropped without a case a few times and have seen no dents and scratches however for a device this big its always best to spent $20 and get a case to get double or triple the protection (Cons): - Slow to charge. Because of the huge battery, it needs an hour or two to charge up from 0-100. This is the standard time for tablets of this size within the industry and is nitpicking as you don't need to charge it in the first place. However, its worth mentioning as you may find other tablets that can offer fast charging such as Xamoi or Oneplus. Been using this since March 2023. It has been fantastic. Whatever you throw it at from gaming, work, or casual entertainment it will be perfectly capable. Even in high-end usage such as gaming emulation or video editing. It is unmatched in raw performance and can be a comparable device replacement for work. It has no bugs. Nothing has ever stuttered, froze, or crashed. Regardless of what your needs this is a great pick for a tablet. Numerous tech channels has named this the best tablet of the year when it came out and it lives up to the expectation

My daughter loves it she does video editing and plays games and it is perfect. The screen is big and the images are sharp and the speed is fast. It is a great tablet also she loves the pen because it is sharp for drawing unlike the apple pens so that was a big plus too. If she is happy I’m happy!

It has everything you’d want in a tablet, large screen, great battery, and amazing speeds. However i did end up retruning it just due to the fact i wasnt nearly as productive as i thought i would be with it. Thats not a bad thing though, if your someone who’s constantly doing things and working or even planning things out this is definitely the tablet for you

Wow its an nice used to use my note 20+ for taking many of my activities, but it all changed last year when I got the S8 Ultra tablet. I use it on a weekly basis to take customers photos in one of our photo studios. I have also used it to take note at my night college classes and when I go to live seminars. The magic of the pen to retouch photos with the apps is amazing. It makes work much easier than using the slowdown desktop computers. Another thing I use the tablet is to read emails and to reply back to current and future customers. I have notice I can get more things done from relying so many tasks to the tablet. Including printing via blue-tooth and wi-fi network connection. Scheduling events on the large screen Tab makes things a breeze with custom sounds and wallgrounds. The interaction of the Sangsung Note 20+ and the Samsung S8 Plus is awesome. Couldn't ask for anything more. Less

It is not anti reflective. Doesnt have ip rating. But the display is fantastic and has a snapdragon chipset. Performs decently. Grest for watching content and other normal work.

my girlfriend told me to write a review so here I am. This is the best tablet I've used. Way better than my ipad pro. The screen is huge and beautiful and the speakers nice and loud. Battery lasts all day and the s pen is super useful.

My puppy chewed my last tablet which i loved so wasnt really looking for a new one . However i am so glad she did eat my old one this is the best tablet ive owned . This thing is huge feels like a theater in my hands the screen resolution and graphics are unreal 4k on this tablet looks great. Games play great but due to size i recommended using a blue tooth controller cause touch screen with the size takes a little getting used to . Battery life seems good compared to previous tablets . Super thin so make sure to get a tough case for it .

Great product overall. Long time in the samsung ecosystem but my first time buying a tablet. I saw the deal and was skeptical at first thinking it could have been a bad generation but was surprised by every aspect of it. Works as well as any other samsunf device ive ever used. Has never once glitched or bugged out on me. Maintains the charge verg very well. I forget to turn it off at time for days on end to find it still above 50 percent with battery saver on. Overall great samsung product. A samsung phone with a giant beautiful screen!

I love my tablet. As the time of this review, I have had it now for 1 year. I have no complaints whatsoever. It is big and beautiful. I use it to mainly play a few games. the graphics are great and it updates and seems to make everything sharper/crisper. I bought a protective cover for it and now call it my suitcase. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this instead of an (M1) ipad pro 11" and because was on sale and had bigger screen. At price point $700 i think this is the best tablet for the price range. I started as a samsung user from the get go and grew tired of the inconsistencies and i transfered with apple. 10 years later apple is still too expensive and bells and whistle are sold separately. I really thought the s8 ultra would be consistent. It turns out samsung still talk big game but still do not walk it. Dont get me wrong it is still a good tablet and plenty to do with it. Its just that at 120fps im still having freezes here and there and showing signs of unreponsiveness. I own a ipad air 4th gen at 64gb (60fps) and never ever gave me a glitch since i got it 3 years ago. But then again at $700 you get a sizeable tablet, upgradable memory and free pen its good enough. I will call this tablet a budget tablet to an avenue of great things but cannot deliver consistency.

I am an avid Apple user for many years but this tablet simply blows the competition out of the water when it comes to doing actual work. I online school kids and this tablet has been the best tool for writing, drawing, loading videos(both encrypted and non) with minimal interventions. With the iPad I had to jump through hoops to get some of the things done. The speed has been impeccable but I’ve had it for a month so I will have to see how it lags overtime. But to this day I am very much in love with this thing!

Amazing table for the price. Since the S9 Ultra is the new device, the price drops on the S8 make it an insane value. There are some grips with the device like not having a headphone jack however for around 600$, the speed and performance well make up that issue.
