Best display of any of the computers I have. Snappy response. Still learning to use the pen, which increases the overall usability of the device. Above all, the Samsung software (Notes, Dex,etc.) are really well constructed and easy to use.

So far I love this tablet. I upgraded from a Galaxy Tab S4 and what a difference! The screen is like a laptop in size, it's fast and great amount of storage. I would definitively recommend this buy. It is a generation behind at the time of this review, but the S9 is way too expensive for me. I got this for $699 on sale.

I can not say enough good about my Samsung S8 Ultra. I have replaced my PC with this tablet. I use it the landscape mode with a folding portable keyboard a mouse and a case cover. It is great to travel with. The 14.2 inch screen is super clear. The battery life is good. The S8 Ultra services my needs efficiently.

This is an awesome tablet! Although it's from the last generation, it works amazingly well. I use it for presentations to customers in my job. The pen functionality and its size allow me to quickly edit job site plans. I also use it as a second monitor for my field laptop. Overall, it's definitely a great investment. Not to mention, it's excellent for streaming as well!

Purchased open in good condition and picked it up at my local bestbuy. The tablet was in really great condition with a screen protector on, they gave me a reason why customer returned it, he said because he wanted the s9. I logged on and seen it was on sale for 450 plus tax it was a complete steal. The screen and speakers and form factor feel very futuristic even if it’s two years old, I understand it still has three years of security updates! Better than buying a mid range galaxy tablet brand new and smaller screen, just get the best!

I purchased several of these for our private practice office. They are very versatile, light weight, fast, reliable and makes collaborative office work much easier with the Bluetooth share options across devices, DEX to connect to our larger Samsung monitors and the S Pen for documents that require physical signatures, among several other uses/benefits.

The screen is large and clear, it also has a stylus, and the battery life is good. It’s highly recommended.

The best Samsung tablet, The best tablet I’ve ever purchased. I have a 12” IPad, but the sound and the color from my Samsung is amazing. I just love the size of it. A mini tv.

Absolutely love this device.. The big clean and clear screen. Tend to used this more than my new iPad. Love that it syncs with my phone and Samsung TV as well. Don't sleep on this one or the new S9 Ultra which I'm going to get as well. Excellent for watching Netflix or and streaming service as the kids take in the tent in the backyard also. It is great for what I need it for got extra storage as well..wish it had cellular service..but I have hot spot on my phone and wifi in the car so doesn't really matter and saves me money for adding a line!

If you can get the Samsung Ultra Series on a deal, don't hesitate just buy it. Honestly I use it to watch movies and media on it more than my cinema room setup. The Oled screen, speakers and size make it an amazing device. I also stream my pc using Moonlight, this allow me access on of my files, games and programs even when traveling. I highly doubt that I'll give this tablet up, been debating about upgrading to even the newer S10 Ultra

Best Buy's used items seem to be a toss-up depending on the location you buy them from, that being said, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra I purchased and picked up in-person did not include an S-Pen. I was then offered by a member of staff to buy one separately, which was incredulous. Fortunately I was able to get a refund. Unrelated issues aside, the tablet is large. I could see using it as a second monitor or an okay tablet to create digital drawings. I say okay because the pixel density isn't that great - objects like app icons and such are blurry when you focus in too close. To be fair, this wasn't advertised as a digital drawing tablet, even though Apple's iPad does fare better in that respect and I think Samsung would do well to catch up. Battery seemed to drain fairly quickly, about one percent drop every three minutes using medium brightness while watching YouTube. Not sure if that was something limited to the device I purchased or if there is a break-in period like with the Galaxy S22 Ultra and some of the more recent Samsung Devices. It'll learn your usage patterns and adapt. Still, I found the pixel density and battery issues to be too cumbersome to overlook. The build quality is great though, and the tablet is overall thin although somewhat heavy.

This is a very nice tablet with an amazing screen. Battery life is quite good. I use for reading sheet music, watching movies / tv, and occasionally Office etc. If you need a big screen, this is a great option.

I really like this, it has a beautiful screen and is easy to use. I’m an Apple user but I always like to have one Android product and I decided on this. It was a great decision. If you don’t want to dish out the money for an iPad Pro, this is a great alternative.

Great tablet! Super fast and great picture! It will work for everything we need it for and can even use it to navigate our sailboat.

This is the 3rd unit I purchased. Our construction team loves the versatility and functionality of quick note taking, and a high speed plan review. We use it to mark up our construction drawings, and snap pictures for future needs on hte job sites. Worth every penny. Way better than areMARKABLE. As you can link into apps that share between your devices, for flexibilty and connectivity. Also the keyboard is a great value for unit, as it is full size and quick! I will keep getting these as the amount of cool features continue to be discovered! BUY ONE!!!

This tablet was super easy to set up and the graphics on it are great! I use it mostly for taking notes in classes and it is perfect. Fits in my bag and is so lightweight, I would buy it again!

this tablet soes everything i want it to. Drawing, calendar/planning, games, ect. Good battery life, great image clarity.

Very good tablet for digital printed music - - the screen size makes it great even for older eyes like mine. Speakers sound great, and it's pretty fast also. Expensive, but excellent.
