Can't say much about this other than watch what you buy out of the box and remember your location. If you buy it from one store and take it to another the deals aren't the same. Needless to say, I returned and never look back ....

I ordered an open-box (excellent) Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, which promised to have all original accessories included. However, after opening the box, I realized it was missing a USB-C to USB-C cable. So I called support, who told me that I could just go down to my nearest Best Buy retail store, and they would either give me a USB cable, or they would just swap it out with a new Tab S9 at no cost. So that's what I did. I drove down an hour to my nearest Best Buy, just for the store manager to tell me that he couldn't do either. After driving back (another hour) home, I called Best Buy again, and they said they really couldn't do anything, except get me to return the order and they would ship me a new one. Mind you, this would take another 2 weeks, which was time I did not have. Eventually, the only solution I got was from the Best Buy online chat agent, who was able to give me a refund of $25, which is just enough compensation for my gas as well as for me to get a new USB cable. What a horrendous experience. But two lessons learnt here: (1) if you're buying open-box from Best Buy, prepare to get screwed over (2) if you need help, always contact the online agents, because the phone agents are completely useless.

DId not receive the S-Pen with the tablet. Title of order: Samsung - Galaxy Tab S9 - 11" 128GB - Wi-Fi - with S-Pen. Best Buy would not send me a pen that was suppose to be with the tablet, they wanted me to return the tablet!!! Bad customer service!

The one star is for best buys terrible customer service and samsungs foolish business practices. I brought home a brand new tablet only to dicover i cant charge it. The thing only comes with a c port to micro usb cable. What am i supposed to plug that into? The quick start guide and user manual both say an adapter is requited and if you use the wrong one your warrenty is void. They just dont tell you what adapter is compatible. The only samsung adapter that was in the store is the wrong one. I cant beleive best buy sent me home with a product i cant use.

Does everything I need from a tablet. I'm considering upgrading to the latest Samsung tablet, but I am not sure it will do anything I need that the older tablet doesn't do well enough.

I bought it for school mosttly for notes and it works perfectly, its so easy to take pictures of notes on the board and add on any comments, would definitely recommend for any students looking for a tablet for school
