I bought it because my old tab was getting old and slow. It was slow to turn on and slow to open apps and slow to browse online. My new S9 is, by comparison, speedy. Turns in a seconds. Opens apps instantly and Chrome opens sites very quickly as well. Only bad thing is that the edges aren't as round as my old one and make the tab a bit less comfortable to hold. Much better speaker speaker system as well. Charges a lot faster and doesn't run down the battery nearly as fast.

The display quality is stunning! Super easy to use and very convenient. I appreciate the size of it for travel and on the go desktop work.

The tablet is very light. The screen looks beautiful. It is very fast compared to other tablets I have tried.

This is the perect size and weight for a tablet. Really fast and powerful with a great display. I like it so much better than the ipad.

Processor seems fast and quite capable. The size is just right, though the tablet is a bit heavier than I would prefer. I love the pen, it makes this tablet amazing. I haven't used the camera, so I can't really say much about it. Compared to my old Samsung tablet, well, there is no comparison. This one is in a class of its own. I would say it definitely compares to the iPad I had.

Very satisfied with this purchase. This tablet is fast, lightweight and durable. I love the dual screen option to view two screens at once. it costs the same as the exact same tablet with less GB. It was worth the purchase. I haven’t charged my tablet for more than 3 days and it has not died yet. Awesome battery life.

Speedy processor and very high quality display. Love the equalizer that lets me adjust for optimal sound quality across various applications.

Perfect for the wife, she loves playing her games and watching shows. Good size and picture quality no complaints.

A lot of my complaints about this tablet are Android specific problems for large format displays like tablets. But that said, I do have some issues with Samsung's implementation of Android on tablet. I won't go into it since there's too many details but the performance is great. Screen is beautiful. Sound is amazing and Battery is okay! But some UI decisions Samsung made drives me nuts along with the sound effects. They're all pretty minor and can be overlooked pretty easily.

The best tab I ever had. Sleek, very fast processor and the pen works amazingly. Of all things, I loved the size. I love tablets more than laptops for the sake of their portability and reading ease. I'm doing all my reading on my tablet using kindle. Overall, amazing buy

Not sure how many Samsung tablets I've owned throughout the years. Usually trade in older ones for newer models. Tried all sizes and of all the newer ones that only come in larger sizes, this might be my favorite. Will never use these as a laptop replacement and wasnt happy with the larger sizes. There is really nothing new you can write about these. They take the specs of the previous model and tweak them. The screen is always top notch and everything else is what you expect. Most everyone who buys these already knows everything Samsung/Android. Nothing really new here except better specs. The only thing that would surprise me with Samsung is if they started making 8 inch tablets again. Portability and gorgeous 8 in screens were perfect for me. Until then i keep b7ying the smaller of the three.

I traded in my older larger Samsung tab for the s9. The 11 inch screen, in my opinion, is the best screen size. The larger tablets might be nice, but more unwieldy. Great speed and awesome screen.

I like this tablet. The colors are nice and vibrant, everything is sharply defined and it's a good size. Works well for my mobile games and other internet tasks. I've watched some YouTube videos, but don't really use it for TV watching/movies so really can't comment on that. I really have no complaints.

The S9 has a nice bright screen and makes a good reader tablet. Fast enough for productivity and clerical tasks. Only real complaint would be the price, if it were only a few hundred cheaper. I would wait for a sale before buying.

I upgraded from a tab s7 to the tab s9. Same size but got the free storage/ram upgrade. And keyboard slim cover for free. Aside from the that the amoled screen and it being water n dust proof complete the package and make this a worthy upgrade for me. And this is coming from a person who does not upgrade that often

Love the tablet, with laptop qualites (lots of operating memory, storage and speed). I coupled the tablet with a folding keyboard, the combination which very adequately relaces my laptop at a much size for carring around . The pressure sensitive pen works very well as an added benefit.

Great productivity beast! Great battery life and performance for a numerous day mobile work week. Oled display is bright and vibrant and the spen experince is accurate and convenient. Water proof design is great for if you want to watch something pool side.

It is difficult to recommend at full price. While very powerful and has an amazing display, I can't say people should be spending this much money on one. (I have the 256 GB model and it nears $1000) I was able to trade in my old Tab S7 and had money from selling another phone to break even with this. If that wasn't an option I wouldn't have bothered at all. Otherwise I am happy with this tablet but do wait for a sale if you couldn't get a pre-order deal.

The Ssmsung Tab S9 is a great tablet. Screen is awesome. The 11 inch is perfect for me. Received 256 storage for same price as 128. But wish I had waited to buy and received the $100 Best Buy gift certificate that was offered few weeks later. Just missed it.
