I purchased a Samsung Tablet S9 FE from Best Buy and received it on January 6, 2025. However, the S Pen Stylus was defective. I went through all the available settings to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing worked. On January 10, 2025, I contacted Best Buy, and they informed me that I would need to visit a store to get a replacement. As a Vietnam Veteran who recently underwent knee replacement surgery, walking is difficult for me, and a round trip via Uber would be too costly since I live far away. Despite this, they advised me to contact Samsung directly for a replacement. On Jan. 10th, I called Samsung at 800-726-7864, and they assured me that I would receive a replacement S Pen within 5-10 business days and that I would get a tracking email once it shipped. However, ten days passed, and I received neither an email, a return call, nor the replacement pen. After that, I began calling every five days, only to receive vague excuses. Each time, I was either put on hold for 30 minutes, disconnected, or told that the S Pen was on back order with no estimated availability. It became clear that they were giving me the runaround and had no real intention of replacing the defective item. Frustrated, I checked the Samsung website and found that the exact Stylus Pen was available for purchase. On my next call, I pointed this out and suggested they source one from their sales department and send it to me. The representative told me they couldn’t contact sales and that replacements weren’t handled that way. When I asked for the matter to be escalated to a supervisor, I was once again told that it wasn’t their procedure and that I would simply have to wait until the part became available. I called again today and, once again, received the runaround with no clear answer on if or when I would receive a replacement Stylus Pen. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It has been one month since I requested Samsung for a replacement. At this point, I have no confidence that Samsung will fulfill this request. I have purchased many Samsung products in the past, including their HD TVs and, most recently, the S24 and S24+ cell phones. However, the next time I buy an electronic device, I will seriously reconsider whether I should choose another brand.

Best Buy tech was very helpful to purchase the Samsung SE tablet -10.9" Wi-Fi - with S-Pen. It is light to use and feels good in my hands. Still learning to use. Good price!

It is what I was expecting for . I love my tablet but the problem is that it has a lot of applications and I do not know which I can delete not to affect the performance of it

Decent tablet. Replaced my Galaxy Tab S6 WiFi. Only a few annoyances, such as not being able to disable the Galaxy Store notifications. The power button has a fingerprint reader which my Galaxy Tab S6 did not have, so it takes a little getting used to.
