Beautifull tablet. My daughter loves it, very comfortable to work on it. Good size. Spectacular resolution.

Huge upgrade in graphics, battery life and memory which was my primary reason for upgrading.

This tablet is beautiful in every way! I love the color and the screen is crisp and clear. I like the larger screen but a carrying case is needed.

Very Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I purchased an open-box Samsung Tab S9 FE+ from Best Buy based on the listing that clearly stated: "open-box Excellent" "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings." "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." After driving over 30 miles to the Pasadena, TX store to pick it up, I inspected the item with a store associate and found that it did not match the advertised condition. The device had multiple sticker markings, no accessories, and most importantly, no S Pen — which was supposed to be included. When I asked about a replacement for the missing items, I was told the only option was a return and refund. I was also given a customer service number to follow up — which turned out to be non-working!! (I’ve attached a photo for proof). The next day, I looked up the correct number online and called customer service. After explaining the entire situation, I was told: “Sorry, I have nothing to do for you. This is a store issue.” Really? This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. The product did not match the description, and neither the store nor customer service took responsibility. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.

I liked the device but was not happy when I realized it doesn't support video output. I ended up returning to get the Tab S10+ due to this. The TabS9FE+ is a great device for someone who is only looking to use the device standalone for Dex. But for those that want the option to utilize Dex on an external monitor, this is not the device for you.

This is by far the best tablet i have ever owned. I highly recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a tablet. Battery life is amazing and pairs great with my s23 ultra and buds pro 2.

I love working on my tablet,it is easy to nagivate with battery that has long durability.It is a Great product with good performance.

I bought this to have something to draw on. Maybe even use it to make vector images to be used in my side hustle. Apps aren’t as good for drawing as with iPad, but I am very happy.

I have always loved the way Samsung designs each and every one of there products. Everyone in my household has a Galaxy phone and tablets. But this tablet is beyond my explanation of how good it actually works. I guess thats why i am a fan of this product as well as the brand. Never letting us down is what Samsung does. Keep it coming with the greatest tech.

This tablet does everything I need for less than what is needed in the flagship models. The FE is great for school work and day to day use if you don't need all the specs of the higher end models.

My son use it for his drawing. A future career in editing and animating

My wife has limited vision. She loves the larger size of this tablet. She finds it allows her to do more things now than she did with her old tablet.

12 inch screens seems huge compared to previous 10. Runs great. Videos look really good on the bigger screen.

I bought this tablet on a whim during a sale. Normally, I am more familiar with the Apple ecosystem but this tablet has surprised me. The S pen functions much better than I had hoped and the comfort is miles ahead of the apple pencil. The biggest caveat with the FE+ is the lack of power when using art based apps. There is noticable lag in drawing using different apps that are meant for digital art. Consider a stronger tablet if you mean to create digital art, otherwise this is perfect for note taking and digital media.
