love the size but because it's a large screen you need to support it well while using it. I decided to buy a case for it too. Should have purchased it right away.

This table is the perfect size for me not your average size. I like a bigger tablet. Easy to use and perfect for my business

It works fantastically. I bought it for my wife, and she's able to multitask on it between work and fun with no issues. The camera quality is good for a tablet, even though that's the least used function for us. It's better than any iPad you could buy, trust me, we tried them all. She uses an iPhone and prefers Apple's OS over Android but even she agrees she likes this better than any of her iPads. Hopefully she'll switch to an Android phone next!

Nice size Galaxy 9 tablet. My mom is retired and mostly uses it for games. Does the job and definitely a fair price.

Got this tablet mainly so I could use digital art programs, and it blew my expectations out of the water. This is an all-around great tablet with impressive specifications. Great for using as a standalone device, or pairing with your Samsung phone with seamless compatibility. I'll leave the Apple vs. Android debate to those who better understand consumerism and the politics of that realm, but this device is extremely capable for the price point.

I bought this to have something to draw on. Maybe even use it to make vector images to be used in my side hustle. Apps aren’t as good for drawing as with iPad, but I am very happy.

I like the interface as well as how portable it is. I can do a lot of tasks and the IOS is seamless with my phone and watch. I can connect to my TVs efficiently. I recommend this for anyone looking to stay within the Samsung Eco system.

I've had my old tablet for over 12yrs and was really nervous about getting a new one but after much debate I picked this one and I'm so happy with it!! It's everything I needed plus some! Thank you so much best buy and the staff that helped me!

This tablet does everything I need for less than what is needed in the flagship models. The FE is great for school work and day to day use if you don't need all the specs of the higher end models.

Large screen with excellent graphics. The pen is very natural to draw with. Definitely would recommended.

Very nice tablet. Large enough that I don't have to wear my glasses! Unfortunately, the screen recently cracked and right where all the "x"'s are to back out of any app

Really good device for daily use. Nothing too heavy. Entertainment, note taking, etc.

Very Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I purchased an open-box Samsung Tab S9 FE+ from Best Buy based on the listing that clearly stated: "open-box Excellent" "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings." "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." After driving over 30 miles to the Pasadena, TX store to pick it up, I inspected the item with a store associate and found that it did not match the advertised condition. The device had multiple sticker markings, no accessories, and most importantly, no S Pen — which was supposed to be included. When I asked about a replacement for the missing items, I was told the only option was a return and refund. I was also given a customer service number to follow up — which turned out to be non-working!! (I’ve attached a photo for proof). The next day, I looked up the correct number online and called customer service. After explaining the entire situation, I was told: “Sorry, I have nothing to do for you. This is a store issue.” Really? This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. The product did not match the description, and neither the store nor customer service took responsibility. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.

I love its size, its camera is very good, it makes my work much easier and it is very fast.

Solid tablet with updated hardware and software. Nice synchronization with other Samsung products. A little disappointed there is no ability to use an external monitor.

The tablet was fine, and the "open box" excellent conditon choice made it cheaper; however I was refunded an additional $60 as the S-pen was *not* included, and as Bestbuy does not carry them for individual sale, I had to spend $100 on the "Creator Edition" S-Pen to begin using it immediately. The hassle of Black Friday crowds made the experience unfavorable and I will likely never use a brick and mortar store for Black Friday sales again, however impatient I may be- as a hiccup such as this means that I spend way more time than I wanted trying to sort through the issue. Tablets great however, big screen for art reference, watching media, digital art, etc.
