After using it for a month it started having issues. For the next 5 months back and forth with bestbuy and samsung on "repairs" that never solved the problems. In the end bestbuy gave up, and said to take it up with Samsung, which is what we have been doing. Unfortunately we are still trying to deal with samsung. Its a lot of money to throw out the window for a brand new more expensive tablet that cant be used. Get started using it after its "repaired" (each of the 4 times) then locks up and have to reset it and start all over. Lasts minutes before isses repeat. I guess thats why bestbuy offers to charge more for geek squad protection. But seems like warrenty from manufacturer on this is no good either. Very disappointing as we have spent quite a bit of $$ with both bestbuy and Samsung. Bestbuy did try with Samsung, but very disappointed that we bought the item through bestbuy and we just lost money on an item that doesnt work. I know you will be forced to reply to this review and you will save face by saying its on Samsung and not you, and even will be on me for not purchasing the additioanl protection. I offered to pay it later, but I know thats not how it works. Even the Geeksquad guys were "upset" and "not happy" that they couldnt do anything more. But I dont really want to hear anything unless you can replace this non working tablet we spent so much time and money on. So sad.

I had tha HP tablet and had nothing but problems with microsoft, overheated and freezes. This tablet is running smoothly with no problems to date.
