    Poor quality had to bring it back had a new one ordered, and that quality wasn’t any better I went through too, and none of them ever worked. Not a product that I would recommend.

    No backlot keys. Magnets that hold the tablet up are weak and tends to fall easily. Pen holder is pointless.

    It didn't work at all. I factory reset my tablet and it still didn't work.

    Took awhile to get working as it needed the latest update to even function. Once updated I pressed the ai key and my tablet informed me that key does not work yet and its pending another update. Weird samsung sells this without it being fully functional out the box

    The tablet falls right out of the case. Half the time the key board doesnt work and the tablet needs to be reset. I spent over $1,000 on this set up and for it to do this is total bs. I want to stay away from apple but guess ima have to switch to them. Samsung get your quality up.
