Needs better image quality. Besides that, love it.

Typical where there are lots of generic equivalents but just to get the name Samsung it cost twice as much. With only a single port on the unit, a USB-C port, I couldn't live without this. Works as advertised but way too much $$ for what it does and only needed occasionally.

The Samsung TabPro S has one port which is a USB-C. This adapter is necessary if you want to have the ability to charge it and have a USB 3.0 port as well as an hdmi out all simultaneously. It's necessary but pricey. It was $90 when I got mine, but I needed it to connect my tablet to a projector for a presentation I was giving.

If you buy the Samsung Tab Pro S, then buy this adapter, or something like it. If you can catch the Samsung adapter on sale, it's a nice one to have. Otherwise, you can find less expensive options out there. The price, being relatively high compared to the competition, is why I rate this device as 4 stars instead of 5. Bottom line, nice adapter, works great, opens up the device, but is pricey.

This was a great item to have available especially during the hurricane. We had no power, but we had a generator. Used this to watch movies and keep the kids entertained during the time we had no power or cable. Easy to use and great resolution. Didn't seem like I was streaming from my phone to the TV.

I have the Apple adapter and I love it, so I wanted Hubby to have same type for his phone. No problems and it charges while watching tv so we can enjoy Netflix and Crunchyroll all we want without having to fork out money for a SmartTv.

if you have or going to get Samsung galaxy tab pro. this connector is must have. has full size usb and hdmi. makes tab pro even more useful. great product.

Purchased this adapter when I bought the TabPro S 2-n-1 during the Memorial Day weekend sale. The adapter is a little pricey but I read some reviews where individuals stated they had some performance issues using other than the Samsung adapter, so I wanted to be sure that I didn't have the same problems. So far this adapter has worked just fine. I know there has been some negative comments about having to purchase an adapter for the tablet, but in order to have a slim device something had to be sacrificed which is a full USB port.

Charges and puts a mirror image of whatever is on the phone on my older big screen. Great for netflix and watching phone videos.

No problems at all and does what it's meant to do. It is a bit fragil, but overall a good buy.

Bought to convert my TabProS to a somewhat desk setup so needed for attaching an HD monitor and other USB peripherals. Tried the on sale Apple adapter and it worked but intermittently and it did not charge my tabproS. So ponied up the big bucks for this one but it worked fine for all ports. 3 stars due to high ticket price only.

You'll need this when transferring files to and from a USB. There's also an HDMI for video output. Keep in mind that you'll need to also purchase a NTFS mounter in the APP store if you want to transfer or play stuff from the External HDD or any NTFS formatted USB. Other than that regular thumb drives work flawlessly.

A bit pricey, but a must have for the Pro Tab S. Works as advertised.

If you own the Samsung Galaxy Tabpro S and want charge and use a hard drive with your Tabpro S this is the one. I can have power, a monitor, and a USB peripheral at the same time. However charging is quite slower when using this vs having the cable directly attached. That's the only negative I can find

My wife and I love this thing. You don't have to have a tablet to use it. It works well with your phone. We use it mostly for karaoke especially when an internet connection is not available. We heard that this cable will let you do more things than Dex and cost less too so we gave it a try. We have not been disappointed.

No cable in the guest room. Purchased to extend channel selection beyond air antenna & it was well worth it. Super easy set up w/ an extra HDMI cable. & not adding an add'l drain on the wifi when guests are over (they're already plugged on their mobile).

Bought this for my Galaxy Tab S4, I am completely satisfied. Bought it after buying and aftermarket one that failed to work. This one allows you to connect an HDMI cable, connect your fast charger (yes it charges the tab at the same time). There is also a USB plug to connect any USB device you want.
